The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mann looks to score with a jab to the body but LeMae is just out of range. A kick lands to the mid section there for LeMae. Mann looks gassed! This has been an exciting period of action! A head kick misses from LeMae. LeMae lands a big head kick that sends Mann tumbling to the mat! LeMae takes a step backwards and waves Mann back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Mann is rocked!
It looks like Monster Mann has been cut. LeMae pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mann is still on wobbly legs! Can LeMae finish him? Mann steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from LeMae. That one must have hurt. Mann seems to have recovered his senses. Mann drops his hands momentarily and LeMae needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Mann just on the top of the head. Mann drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Mann - he's done!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Soliman looks to land a combination but Phonics avoids it well. Phonics moves in looking to clinch but Soliman pushes him off. Phonics fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Soliman sprawls well initially but Phonics persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Phonics wants to pass to mount but Soliman is defending the position. Phonics with the ground and pound but Soliman uses the opportunity to regain guard. Phonics with a flurry of punches that miss. Phonics trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Phonics won't allow Soliman to sweep him here. Phonics won't allow Soliman to get back to his feet. Phonics has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Phonics works over Soliman with some ground and pound from guard. Phonics wants to pass the guard but Soliman is keeping the position. Soliman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Phonics is one step ahead there. Phonics postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Phonics throws and elbow that misses. That was a close round but I would say that Del Phonics will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Soliman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Phonics tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Phonics looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Soliman looks to land a combination. Phonics sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
