On his way into the cage it seems that Francois Faber has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Francois Faber seems to be OK! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Project throws an overhand right that lands on Faber's shoulder, as Faber tries to avoid the shot.
Faber gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Eroglu looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Eroglu lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Eroglu throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Eroglu lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lalpa circles away quickly and effectively.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dias slips a straight right by Tyson.
Dias connects with a high kick.
Dias fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Tyson.
Tyson blocks a head kick by Dias.
Dias cracks the inside of Tyson's front leg.
Tyson sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Dias lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tyson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dias defends it nicely.
Dias throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Tyson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Tyson lands with a hook. Dias tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Tyson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Dias. Dias circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Dias throws a sloppy head kick and Tyson moves out of range easily.
Tyson moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Dias gets caught napping as Tyson dives in and scores a takedown. Dias manages to retain guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Tyson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tyson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dias really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tyson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Tyson throws an elbow that misses. Dias uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tyson's guard. Nice move by Dias!
Tyson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dias doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dias manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
