The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Askanazi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Arschloch was well out of range. Poor timing from Askanazi.
Arschloch misses with a takedown
and Askanazi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Arschloch shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Askanazi defends it nicely.
Askanazi swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Arschloch moves out of range as Askanazi strikes.
Askanazi swings for the body but Arschloch moves out of range.
Askanazi looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
No luck for Arschloch with that takedown attempt.

Arschloch shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Askanazi napping and manages to drive through into side control!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buxton throws a right and a left that both miss.
Buxton throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Buxton fails with an attempt to clinch.
Buxton throws a hook to the side of Lesnar's head but Lesnar sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Good shot there by Buxton.

It looks like Brock Lesnar has been cut.
Buxton misses with a two punch combination.
Lesnar slips a jab and a cross from Buxton.
Lesnar steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Buxton.

Buxton waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Lesnar. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Lesnar to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Lesnar is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lesnar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Lesnar is still in real trouble! Can Buxton finish him?
Buxton gets to his feet and stands over Lesnar, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Lesnar felt that one! Buxton unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Lesnar from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daron Buxton!
After winning the bout, Daron Buxton thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Reaper bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Thafa misses with a takedown attempt - Reaper sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Thafa shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Reaper pinned against the cage. Reaper gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Reaper feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Thafa's calf.
Reaper throws a quick inside leg kick.
Reaper scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Reaper.
Mee Thafa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Reaper stuffs the takedown.
Grim Reaper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mee Thafa.

Reaper lands a big head kick that sends Thafa tumbling to the mat! Reaper takes a step backwards and waves Thafa back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Mee Thafa has been cut.
Reaper ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Thafa out cold! The fight is over!

Stenner closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Stenner lands in his opponent's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Stenner missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Stenner accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Suzuki is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Stenner sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Suzuki's guard.

Stenner tries to pass the half guard into mount. Suzuki knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Stenner looking for a submission but Suzuki manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.

Stenner has gone for a leg lock! Suzuki slips out almost immediately though and dives into Stenner's guard.

Suzuki drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Suzuki jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Stenner is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Suzuki defends well.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Stenner has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Suzuki is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Stenner.

Suzuki wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stenner keeps working.

Suzuki is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Stenner has escaped the position, nice work there.

Suzuki tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Suzuki has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Stenner is looking to regain half guard here but Suzuki keeps moving and retains side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gold feints a jab and as Schankelies dips his head, Gold unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Schankelies right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Schankelies falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Gold smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
