The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vjadenek misses with a head kick.
Magnum shoots in but Vjadenek avoids the takedown attempt easily. A head kick from Vjadenek lands but Magnum takes it in his stride. Magnum avoids the head kick by Vjadenek.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Magnum lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Vjadenek has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Vjadenek and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Magnum swings for the body but Vjadenek moves out of range.

Magnum shoots in looking for a takedown but Vjadenek manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Magnum's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Vjadenek wants to get back to his feet. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Good control from Magnum. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Magnum is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Vjadenek's half guard. Vjadenek pushes Magnum off looking to stand but Magnum dives back in and keeps control.
Magnum seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Vjadenek looks like he's trying to stand up.

Vjadenek is trying to stand but he's just given Magnum his back. Vjadenek holding both Magnum 's hands and preventing any damage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Magnum has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Vjadenek is defending well but eventually Magnum manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Vjadenek has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!

Horrible takedown by Moom or perhaps it was just good defense by Miranda which made him look bad. Moom shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Moom showed some decent athleticism there. Miranda wants to get back to his feet.

He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Moom! A lull in the action here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oro throws a right and a left that Hendrix avoids nicely. Hendrix definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Hendrix ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Oro misses with a wild body shot. Oro throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A swing and a miss from Oro. Oro tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hendrix was well out of range. Poor timing from Oro. Hendrix takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Oro throws a shot from downtown. Hendrix moves away and avoids it. Hendrix displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Oro throws out the jab. Oro looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Hendrix walks into a left hand.

It looks like Jimi Hendrix has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hendrix bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Oro comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Hendrix falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Hendrix was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kess Oro! A victorious Kess Oro thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter. In defeat, Jimi Hendrix stepped up to the mic, saying 'when the power of love overcomes the love of power then the world will know peace'.

Chop gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Calaway throws a right hand that Chop ducks under and follows up with a left that Chop also avoids with ease. Chop lands an overhand right. Chop feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. BodyBag will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ik postures up and lands two really hard shots that put BodyBag on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but BodyBag doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Randy landing shots from mount. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Randy with shots to the head and body - Harri looks very uncomfortable down there. Randy wants to finish this one by submission but Harri is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Randy. Randy lands a nice shot to the head. Randy pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Harri is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Randy cracks Harri with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Haavisto throws a right hand that misses
and Artist connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Artist looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Haavisto misses the body punch and Artist connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Haavisto misses with a series of wild punches.
Haavisto takes a swing at Artist's ribcage but misses. Artist on the wrong end of a nice jab.
It looks like Sub Artist has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Artist uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Haavisto. Artist is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Haavisto lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Haavisto misses with a wild body shot. Haavisto looks to land a left hand but Artist moved out of range nicely. A telegraphed right hand from Haavisto misses the target.

Haavisto has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Haavisto tried to score with a low kick but Artist checks it. Artist moves out of range of the strikes. Haavisto moves out of range as Artist strikes. Artist throws the left hand but Haavisto avoids the punch easily.

and Haavisto takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Haavisto thows a left - swing and a miss! Artist takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Haavisto scores with a decent looking hook. Haavisto catches Artist with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Artist avoids the body shot from Haavisto.
Artist misses with an uppercut. Artist takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Sub Artist's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Haavisto lands a jab to Artist's midsection. Haavisto throws a push kick but Artist slaps the foot to one side. Haavisto lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Jeez, Sub Artist's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Haavisto is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Artist had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Artist connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Haavisto's hands. Artist lands a left and a right that send Haavisto crashing to the mat, dazed. Artist thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Hannu Haavisto has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A big right from Haavisto misses. Haavisto loads up on a big right hand but Artist slips the punch. Haavisto throws an overhand right that lands on Artist's shoulder, as Artist tries to avoid the shot. Haavisto misses with a body kick. Haavisto uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Artist. Artist avoids the body shot from Haavisto.
Haavisto misses with a double jab
and Artist counters with a stiff right hand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Haavisto scores with a one two! Artist had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
