The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Moore lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Devil has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Devil and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Devil crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Moore - the referee stops the clock and Devil gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Moore. Devil manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Moore shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Devil's guard.

With a record of 22 - 28 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vasiliy Sobolev!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Marco Blurström and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sobolev throws a series of punches but Seia moves out of range.
Sobolev lands with a shot to the body.
Sobolev misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Seia counters with a low kick, right behind Sobolev 's knee.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Sobolev has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Seia throws a quick inside leg kick.
Seia wants to slow Sobolev down by chopping away at his legs.
Sobolev shoots in for a takedown but Seia shows good takedown defense.
Sobolev looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Seia is fending him off so far but Sobolev persists. Nope, Seia circles away and we're back to standing.
Seia ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sobolev shoots in but Seia avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Tolo Seia has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vasiliy Sobolev.
Seia fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Seia scores with a hook.
Seia throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Sobolev's head.

It looks like Vasiliy Sobolev has been cut.
Nice body punch from Seia.
Seia lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Seia sizes up Sobolev with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Seia gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Sobolev tries for a takedown but Seia manages to get underhooks.

Seia lands a hook to the side of the head.
Seia lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Sobolev is rocked!
Seia has a couple of punches blocked by Sobolev.
Seia gets through Sobolev's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Sobolev is still on wobbly legs! Can Seia finish him?
Seia misses with a punch on the inside.
Seia throws a head punch that misses.
Seia swings wildly with an uppercut but Sobolev uses good head movement to avoid it.
Seia is pressed up against the cage. Sobolev has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Seia down to the mat. Seia avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Seia finds Sobolev's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Sobolev flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Seia lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Sobolev will be OK.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tolo Seia!
