The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Otoole creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Rios's defenses.

It looks like Kevin Ballard has been cut.
Nathan Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee cracks Ballard on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Ballard falls backwards against the cage. Lee follows up with more strikes that drop Ballard to his knees. Lee keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Ballard! This one is all over!

Mechenyj will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
