9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gunner State Jr.! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, John Roberts and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carter forces State Jr. back against the cage and clinches. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that State Jr. has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. State Jr. manages to break the clinch.
State Jr. throws a jab but it's blocked by Carter. Carter tries to clinch but State Jr. moves out of range. The fighters circling - Carter throws out the jab but it was never going to land. State Jr. misses with a two punch combination.
Carter looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Carter fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with State Jr., pushing him back against the cage. Carter throws a punch but it's blocked by State Jr.. State Jr. misses with some punches.
A left hand lands to the body for State Jr..
Carter lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. State Jr. fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

State Jr. works on Carter's body with a couple of short punches. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Carter misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from State Jr..
State Jr. breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Carter on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Carter closes the distance and clinches. Carter prevents a body shot from State Jr..

He tries to strike back but State Jr. puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Carter out cold! Oh man, Carter will never hear the end of this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Gunner State Jr.! After winning the bout, Gunner State Jr. thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Leslie Harp! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
26 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Zell Dincht! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Columbo Gatti and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harp throws a sloppy head kick and Dincht moves out of range easily. Dincht tries to close the distance and clinch but Harp swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. The fight stays on the outside here - Harp looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Dincht shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Harp counters with a head kick. That will keep Dincht thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Dincht scores with a punch to the head. Harp tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Harp dodges the punch combination from Dincht.
Dincht is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Harp. No luck with that takedown attempt from Dincht. Harp throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Dincht's coach down at The Garcia Grappling Academy - Rio was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Dincht's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. A head kick from Harp lands but Dincht takes it in his stride.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dincht takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. A slapping body kick lands there for Dincht. Harp looks for the body kick but Dincht saw that one coming. Harp keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Leslie Harp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zell Dincht. Dincht goes for a double leg but Harp avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Harp continues to drive forward. Harp blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Harp is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Dincht can't fight it off and eventually Harp manages to take the fight to the floor. Dincht looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Harp has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Dincht wants to sweep but no luck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dincht is trying to keep Harp in close.
Harp stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dincht swivels though and keeps the full guard. Harp trying to control the position from guard on top but Dincht is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dincht throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Harp with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dincht working a defensive guard but Harp manages to pass into side control anyway.
Dincht is not content to let Harp control the position. Harp throwing shots but missing, from side control. Harp wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dincht keeps working. Check out the look on Harp's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Dincht is trying to control Harp's posture but Harp avoids it. Harp trying to control the position but Dincht is working away. Harp sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Dincht is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Harp working away. Dincht parries the strikes from Harp easily there. Harp is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Dincht to escape.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Dincht tries to bench press Harp off him but Harp keeps the position. Dincht is not content to let Harp control the position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Leslie Harp dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Dincht throws a body kick that misses. Dincht fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Harp manages to avoid it. No joy there for Dincht, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dincht dives in and grabs Harp's left leg, looking for a takedown. Harp pushes down on Dincht's head and hops out. Harp throws a head kick that misses. Dincht fails in his attempt to clinch. Dincht digs a good hook to Harp's body.

Dincht bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Harp's head backwards. Dincht shoots in looking for a takedown. Harp tries to sprawl out of it but Dincht keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Harp manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Harp takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Harp tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Dincht is able to avoid easily. Dincht shoots for a double leg takedown but Harp sprawls well. That's going to take a lot out of Zell Dincht. Dincht doesn't succeed with the takedown and Harp counters with a body kick. Harp blocks a head kick by Dincht.

Dincht throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Harp tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Dincht tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Harp is able to avoid easily. A big right from Dincht misses. Harp takes one to the chin there. Dincht scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Harp doesn't seem bothered though. Harp circles away from the clinch attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A low kick from Dincht is predictable there and Harp counters with a leg kick. Dincht connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Dincht fails to land with a series of punches.
Dincht dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Harp throws a chopping leg kick but Dincht manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Dincht wants to land a leg kick but Harp is out of range. Dincht throws a series of punches but Harp moves out of range. Harp pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dincht misses with a hook. Dincht has his takedown stuffed and Harp counters with a good low kick that Dincht was not able to check.

Zell Dincht showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Zell Dincht seems to be getting the better of the standup. A head kick misses from Dincht. Dincht throws a shot from downtown. Harp moves away and avoids it. Dincht throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Dincht tries to clinch up but Harp circles away and keeps his distance.

Leslie Harp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zell Dincht. Dincht takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Both fighters circling a little - Harp finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Zell Dincht seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Harp moves out of range of the strikes. A jab lands there for Dincht.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A decent looking cross lands there for Dincht. Dincht with a nice cross. Dincht lands a leg kick that knocks Harp off balance momentarily. Dincht misses with an uppercut
and Harp counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Dincht throws a head kick that misses. Dincht throws a hook to the side of Harp's head but Harp sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Harp misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Dincht drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Harp wants to stand but Dincht is controlling the position.

Harp wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Harp looking to control.
We're going to have a standup here because Leslie Harp wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Harp throws a sloppy head kick and Dincht moves out of range easily. Dincht misses with a looping left.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dincht lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Harp at a distance.
Dincht closes the distance and clinches up with Harp, looking for a takedown. Dincht pushes Harp against the cage but Harp circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Harp closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Dincht's guard. Harp throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dincht works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Harp wants to control from the top but Dincht keeps moving. Dincht trying to control the position here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Harp pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dincht is keeping the position for now.
And that's the end of the fight! Zell Dincht comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Dincht has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Horrible takedown by Tsushima or perhaps it was just good defense by Gracie which made him look bad. Tsushima fails with the takedown. A low kick from Tsushima misses and Gracie counters with a thumping low kick. Tsushima misses with a low kick. Gracie looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Tsushima gets cracked there but stands up to it.

It looks like Chibi Tsushima has been cut. Gracie is fighting off a takedown attempt but Tsushima is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Gracie to the mat. Gracie regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Tsushima wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gracie is on top in guard.
Gracie is stalling in the full guard. Gracie tries to stand but Tsushima is controlling from the bottom. Gracie decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Tsushima, up you get! Gracie misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tsushima fails with the takedown. Gracie scores with a hook to the body. Tsushima takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Renato Gracie is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A telegraphed right hand from Tsushima misses the target. Gracie takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Gracie throws out a loose jab but Tsushima uses good head movement to avoid it. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Gracie displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Gracie misses with a straight right. Gracie misses with an attempted mid kick.

Tsushima stands up over Gracie, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Tsushima is fighting to break Gracie's control of his arms but Gracie is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Gracie has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Gracie is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. and Acer makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Acer shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brott sprawls well. Brott wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Acer gets slowly back to his feet. Brott cracks Acer with an open hand slap. Acer tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Brott swivels and escapes. Brott takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Acer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Brott stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Brott takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Let's hope that Brott has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Brott seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ratt Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keiko Lynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hughes kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Country boy can survive. Keiko Lynn struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 171.9lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Keiko Lynn has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tunjic misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Howlett.
Howlett looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Nice cross by Tunjic. Tunjic keeps the fight on the outside. Howlett looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Howlett finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
A shot to the liver by Tunjic. Beautiful body shot. Howlett lands a leg kick that knocks Tunjic off balance momentarily. Howlett takes a body punch but keeps moving.
