The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Roosa Järviläinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eloi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Serna circles away.
Eloi shoots in and drives through. Serna sprawls well.
A head kick misses from Serna.
Serna swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Serna looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Eloi kicks off Serna and gets to his feet.
Serna avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

and Serna decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Eloi's guard.

Serna closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Eloi did well to prevent Serna getting side control.

Serna frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Serna lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
It looks like Ismael Eloi has been cut.
Eloi is trying to escape the mount.

Whack. That's a big, big shot from Serna! Eloi is out cold! This one is all over!

On his way into the cage it seems that Andrei Sidorik has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Andrei Sidorik seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Sidorik tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ciocanescu manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Nice defenses there by Sidorik.
Ciocanescu looks to score with a jab to the body but Sidorik is just out of range.
Sidorik tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ciocanescu swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ciocanescu fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Sidorik shoots in but Ciocanescu avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ciocanescu takes a swing at Sidorik's ribcage but misses.
Sidorik fails with the takedown.
Ciocanescu sends Sidorik crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Ciocanescu is motioning to the referee to let Sidorik up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Sidorik is rocked!
It looks like Andrei Sidorik has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oh Sidorik is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sidorik closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ciocanescu circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Andrei Sidorik. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Ciocanescu engages and cracks Sidorik with a massive lead left hook - Sidorik tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Ciocanescu is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
