Gans motions for Fynn to come forward. Gans throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

We've been told by Fynn's head coaches at LOD-Guts & Glory Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Gans takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The crowd cheers as Fynn lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gans doesn't seem phased though.

It looks like Bob Fynn has been cut.
Gans rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fynn moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Gans looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bob Fynn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikey Gans.
Fynn stalks Gans and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gans's face. Gans staggers backwards, shaken.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Horrible takedown by Gans or perhaps it was just good defense by Fynn which made him look bad.
Gans throws a leg kick but Fynn sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Normous closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Lynn to the mat! Lynn manages to get full guard.

Normous has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

My spies in A1 (Low cap, 13 Elite coaches! & Blackbelt) inform me that Lynn has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
