0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mikhail Grigorjev! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kick closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Kick in side control lands a decent elbow. Kick working the head and body with strikes. Grigorjev avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Kick. Grigorjev on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Kick tries to advance to mount but can't. Kick trying to control the action but Grigorjev is working from the bottom. Grigorjev is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Kick tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Grigorjev pushes Kick away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kick gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Kick staying calm.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kick landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Kick controlling from side mount. Kick trying to control the action but Grigorjev is working from the bottom. Grigorjev is trying to buck Kick off. Kick working the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kick is working Grigorjev over with some ground and pound from side control. Grigorjev wants to get back to his feet but Kick drags him back down. Kick tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Kick has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Grigorjev wants to clinch and Kick counters with a shoot takedown. Grigorjev fights it but they end up in guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kick wants to control from the top but Grigorjev keeps moving. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kick accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Grigorjev wants to get back to his feet but Kick is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Kick stands up from guard. Let's bang! Kick misses with a series of wild punches.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kick closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Kick. Grigorjev fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Grigorjev lands an elbow inside. Grigorjev utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Kick is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Grigorjev to keep the fight standing. Kick is breathing heavily. Grigorjev lands an elbow inside that Kick shrugs off. Kick is trying to stall.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Grigorjev. Grigorjev with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
It looks like hi Kick has been cut. Grigorjev looking to slow down the pace here. Grigorjev keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Kick's efforts to push away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kick pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Grigorjev fails with the takedown and Kick counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Grigorjev tries to kick Kick off but Kick keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kick is trying to control. Grigorjev wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kick throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Grigorjev is trying to stand back up but Kick is controlling him

Grigorjev leaves Kick with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Grigorjev tries a head kick but it misses.
Grigorjev tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kick paws at him with a jab and circles away. Kick has a takedown stuffed. Grigorjev moves in looking to clinch but Kick pushes him off. Grigorjev swinging wildly here.
Kick closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Grigorjev quickly recovers to half guard. Grigorjev tries to kick Kick off but Kick keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Kick throws a strike but Grigorjev avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Grigorjev is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kick trying to control the position from guard on top but Grigorjev is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kick trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Grigorjev looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Grigorjev is looking to stand up but Kick isn't so interested in that idea. Kick has gone for a leg lock! Grigorjev slips out almost immediately though and dives into Kick's guard. Kick trying to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Grigorjev tries to stand but Kick is controlling from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kick tries to land a sweep but no joy. Grigorjev wants to stand and escape but instead Kick has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Kick looking to pass the guard. Kick throws an elbow that misses. Grigorjev uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Kick's guard. Nice move by Grigorjev! Grigorjev wants to stand and escape but instead Kick has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kick prevents Grigorjev from getting back to his feet. Grigorjev is looking to stand back up but Kick counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Grigorjev. Kick has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kick throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Grigorjev taking some punishment here, with Kick in his half guard. Kick is looking to advance position but Grigorjev won't allow it. Kick is looking to take a break and control but Grigorjev is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kick landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Grigorjev won't allow Kick to pass to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kick is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Kick throwing shots but Grigorjev is blocking nicely. Grigorjev is trying to stand.
Kick wants to pass the guard but Grigorjev is defending well. Grigorjev pushes Kick off looking to stand but Kick dives back in and keeps control.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Grigorjev keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kick is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Grigorjev has managed to free his arm - good work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kick content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
hi Kick dominated that second round. The cut man is working on hi Kick's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Grigorjev tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Kick drives through with a takedown into Grigorjev's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Kick passes Grigorjev's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Grigorjev looks like he's trying to stand up.
Still in half guard, Kick seems content to control. Kick wants to pass to mount but Grigorjev is defending the position. Kick not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Grigorjev pushes Kick off looking to stand but Kick dives back in and keeps control.
Kick throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grigorjev won't allow Kick to pass to mount. Kick works his foot free and advances to mount. Kick thowing shots but they're missing. Grigorjev really wants to buck Kick off and get back to his feet. Kick raining down shots from the mount! Kick trying to control but Grigorjev is having none of it. Grigorjev is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kick landing strikes, looking to finish! Kick raining down hammerfists from mount. Grigorjev wants to try and get back to his feet. Grigorjev takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Kick has hold of Grigorjev's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Grigorjev manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
This has been an exciting period of action! Kick is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Grigorjev has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Grigorjev! Grigorjev tries to stand but Kick is controlling from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kick working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Grigorjev doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Grigorjev manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Kick has control of Grigorjev's left arm, preventing Grigorjev from doing any damage. Kick is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Kick is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Grigorjev must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Grigorjev has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kick is proving hard to escape from. Kick looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Grigorjev passes into side control.
Grigorjev tries to stand but Kick is controlling his head. Mikhail Grigorjev has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! hi Kick is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kick can't do much from the bottom here.
And that's the end of the fight! hi Kick showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kick, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Scott's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Oooooh!!! Quinn has knocked Scott down with a huge combo! Quinn steps away and waves a wobbly Scott back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Ingmar Scott has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Quinn flashes Scott a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Scott's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Scott crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Quinn punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McNash connects with a solid leg kick. Scott has a takedown stuffed. McNash throws a leg kick which misses Scott's front leg but catches the back leg as Scott tries to avoid it. McNash has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. McNash closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Scott out cold! Scott corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stryker tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Smith walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
It looks like DJ Smith has been cut. Smith throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Stryker scores with the left hand. Smith knows he should have avoided that one. Smith definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Stryker fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Smith looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. A jab lands there for Stryker. Smith takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Stryker lands with a good body shot. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stryker moves out of range of the body kick. Stryker lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. A combination from Stryker does no damage. Stryker connects with a combination that backs up Smith into the cage. Stryker lands a flurry of punches that gets past Smith's guard. Smith is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Stryker bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Drunk walks into a stiff left hand from Weiss. Weiss wants to clinch up but The Drunk keeps it at a distance. The Drunk swats away the attempt to clinch by Weiss. The Drunk takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Weiss tries to clinch up and The Drunk counters with a single leg into guard. Weiss didn't expect that. The Drunk wants to control from the top but Weiss keeps moving. The Drunk trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The Drunk stays in close to Weiss's body and controls the position. Weiss keeping moving, preventing The Drunk from controlling successfully.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Dan The Drunk just wasn't active enough. Weiss lands a really nice looking cross but The Drunk seems unphased.

Weiss is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Weiss with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Weiss crunches a lovely knee into The Drunk's ribcage. Weiss throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Weiss lands an elbow just above The Drunk 's eye. Weiss trying to control the position but instead, The Drunk has worked for underhooks and has pushed Weiss into the cage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A short right hand to the side of the head by Weiss. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Weiss tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. The Drunk manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Weiss scores with a jab to the body. Weiss lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Weiss. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The Drunk takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. The Drunk circles away from the clinch attempt.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. The Drunk is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Weiss pulls him back up using the underhooks. Weiss is defending well against a takedown attempt. Weiss has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mamba dives in and grabs Cardone's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cardone pushes down on Mamba's head and hops out. Bobby Mamba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cardone drives through with a takedown into Mamba's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Cardone trying to control but Mamba is working from the bottom. Mamba has his hands on Cardone's head, controlling the position. Cardone has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Mamba looking to hit a scissor sweep but Cardone is one step ahead there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mclane ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Mclane lands with an uppercut that bounces Thomas off the cage and back into range. Mclane connects with a body shot. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Thomas. Thomas stuffs the takedown attempt from Mclane. Mclane gets slowly back to his feet. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Thomas is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Thomas drops his hands momentarily. Mclane doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Thomas staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Thomas doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Idi Ota! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vieira pushes Ota up against the cage in a clinch. Ota tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Ota lands a knee to the body.
Vieira fails to pull guard.
Vieira wants to break free but Ota has control.
Ota taking a breather. Ota unloads a knee to the mid-section. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Vieira misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Ota.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Idi Ota. Ota is looking to clinch. Vieira darts in and clinches Ota up against the cage. Ota looking to throw knees to the head but Vieira is blocking nicely.

Ota has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. So far he's outscoring his opponent in the clinch so it seems to have been worthwhile. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Vieira wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ota has him pressed against the cage. Ota on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
A short right from Ota. Vieira tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Ota avoids it. Ota with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Ota pushes Vieira back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Vieira is rocked! Ota working the clinch nicely. Vieira is working for position but Ota cracks him with a big knee to the head! Vieira crumples up against the cage and Ota lands two more shots before the ref can save Vieira! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moai dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Li. That did some damage! Li throws a sloppy head kick and Moai counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. We've been informed that Li has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Li lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Li checks a leg kick. Belal Li seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Moai connects with a leg kick. Li looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Li throws a half hearted mid kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Li blocks a head kick by Moai.
Li misses with a looping right. Li tries to clinch up. Moai has been working on his boxing with his coaches at TAP ROOT -/- 10 Coaches / Great Sparring / Value in the buildup to the fight. Li stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Li wants it to stay on the feet. Li throws a head kick but Moai moves out of range.
Moai shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Moai trying to control but Li is working from the bottom. Li kicks Moai off and gets to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Li tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Li misses with a body kick. Good standup being displayed there by Li as he connects with a hook. Moai misses the shot to the body. Moai avoids the body shot from Li.
Moai throws out a powerful jab. Li throws a sloppy head kick and Moai moves out of range easily. Li misses with a kick to the body.
Li feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Moai's calf. Moai pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Li lands with a kick to the temple. Moai shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Li tries to clinch but Moai is having none of it. Li fails in his attempt to clinch. Li forces Moai back against the cage and clinches. Moai avoiding damage as Li throws knees to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moai gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Li regains guard.
Moai passes into half guard. Moai is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Li doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Moai. Moai is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Li is just riding it out for now. Moai eventually gives up the hold. Moai tries to pass the half guard into mount. Li knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moai is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Moai throwing shots but Li is blocking nicely. Li is not content to let Moai control the position. Li wants to improve his position but Moai is controlling well.
Moai works his way into side control. Li is positioning himself to get back to half guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Li is not content to let Moai control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Joeseph Moai will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Li looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Li! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Moai seems a little lost for a moment, as Li dominates the positioning.
That's one minute gone in the round. Li tries to stand but Moai is controlling his head. Moai is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Moai regains full guard. Nicely done. Li gets to his feet - Moai follows without any prompting. A head kick by Li misses enabling Moai to counter with a crisp jab. A big head kick from Moai and Li is sent sprawling to the canvas!
Li is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Moai postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Li is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Moai, into his guard. Li is still in real trouble! Can Moai finish him?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moai lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Li! Li tries to get back to half guard but can't. Li seems to have recovered his senses. Li squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Moai swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Li is now in Moai's guard. A big mistake from Moai there, giving up the dominant position! Moai throws his legs up looking for a submission but Li uses it to pass to side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moai is looking to reverse the position. Li wants to lay and pray for a moment but Moai keeps working. Li tries to stand but Moai is controlling his head. Moai is trying to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Moai is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Li is controlling him well. Li stands up and beckons Moai to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Moai tries a head kick but it misses.
Moai blocks the body kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joeseph Moai dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Belal Li's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Li throws a head kick that misses and Moai cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Moai lands with a thumping leg kick.
Moai swats away the attempt to clinch by Li. Moai pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Moai fails with a takedown attempt. Moai throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Moai keeps the fight on the outside. Li cracks Moai with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Li throws a sloppy head kick and Moai moves out of range easily. A head kick by Li misses and Moai counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Li! Moai advances nicely into full mount. Li takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Li tries to lock up and control but Moai gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Li tries to control Moai's body but Moai pushes him off. Li squirms to his side and now Moai has his back! Joeseph Moai overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Li covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Moai is looking for the choke from the back position but Li is controlling his hands well. Li grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Li tries to roll but Moai sticks to his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Li won't enjoy being in this position. Moai looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Li is tapping - it's over boys! Moai picks up the submission victory!
