2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Speedy Gonzalez! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flacco is looking to clinch but Gonzalez is avoiding it.
Gonzalez has Flacco up against the cage in a clinch.
Gonzalez is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Flacco goes for a takedown in the clinch but Gonzalez prevents it.
Gonzalez has Flacco pressed against the cage, preventing Flacco from circling away and getting back to striking at range. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Gonzalez is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Flacco gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Gonzalez softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. He's persisting with it as Gonzalez sprawls well. Gonzalez wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Flacco gets slowly back to his feet. Flacco gets the takedown into side control. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Gonzalez lands a head kick. Flacco smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Flacco moves into the clinch successfully.

Speedy Gonzalez dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Gonzalez shoots in looking for a takedown. Flacco tries to sprawl out of it but Gonzalez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Flacco manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Flacco drives through with a takedown into guard. Flacco postures up.

Flacco will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Gonzalez looking for a sweep. Not yet Gonzalez, not yet. Flacco has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gonzalez is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Flacco wanted to stand there but Gonzalez had control of the position.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Gonzalez shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Flacco defends it nicely. Flacco throws a left and a right that both miss
and Gonzalez counters with a head kick. Joe Flacco is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A left and a right from Flacco both land. Nice combination. Flacco lands a right hook to the body.
Flacco shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gonzalez as he jumps to the side.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Flacco fails with a takedown attempt. Nice sprawl there from Flacco as Gonzalez shoots in. Joe Flacco has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Speedy Gonzalez. Gonzalez rushes Flacco and presses him up against the cage. Gonzalez changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Flacco fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Flacco gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Gonzalez counters by moving into the clinch. Gonzalez digs a right hand into Flacco's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Flacco's gas tank. Flacco goes for a takedown in the clinch but Gonzalez prevents it.

Flacco really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Gonzalez is controlling Flacco's posture. Gonzalez wants to sweep but no luck. Gonzalez keeping moving, preventing Flacco from controlling successfully. Gonzalez lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Flacco!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Flacco is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Gonzalez looking to control and managing it successfully. Gonzalez raining down shots from the mount! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gonzalez unloads with some shots from mount but Flacco bucks and avoids them well.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diarra shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rice's guard. Diarra won't allow Rice to get back to his feet. Rice throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Rice looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Diarra is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Rice keeping moving, preventing Diarra from controlling successfully. Diarra advances position into side control! Rice is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Diarra off and has taken his back! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Diarra wants to escape the position.

Rice misses with a takedown and Diarra counters with a single leg into guard. Rice didn't expect that. Rice looking to hit a scissor sweep but Diarra is one step ahead there. Rice has momentary wrist control but Diarra slips an elbow through the middle. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Diarra is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Rice looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Cromartie feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Cotto keeping moving, preventing Cromartie from controlling successfully. Cromartie might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Cotto kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Cromartie wants to pass the guard but Cotto is keeping the position. Cotto avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Cotto working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Cotto decides to stand back up. A head kick misses from Cromartie. Cotto clinches up with Cromartie and pushes him back against the cage. Cotto breaks the clinch.

Cotto tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cromartie sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cotto somewhat. Cromartie gets the takedown into side control. Cotto prevents Cromartie from moving into mount. Cotto is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Cromartie's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Cromartie uses his free foot to push down on Cotto's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Cotto. Cotto manages to control the position for a moment. Cotto sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Cromartie rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cotto moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Cotto throws a sloppy head kick and Cromartie moves out of range easily. Cromartie has managed to clinch.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Cromartie with a lazy takedown attempt and Cotto counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Miguel Cotto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Cromartie.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cromartie wants to stand but Cotto is controlling the position. Cotto trying to control the position from guard on top but Cromartie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cotto with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Cromartie keeping moving, preventing Cotto from controlling successfully.
And that's the end of the fight! Miguel Cotto showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cotto, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
