Hunter throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Santos's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Hunter dives in looking to finish as Santos flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Hunter's strikes! Hunter is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Santos's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Santos was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

It looks like Lurch might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Lurch has instead reached around Lewis's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Lurch arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
