Leonardson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Leonardson's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Obasi has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Obasi shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Armstrong as he jumps to the side.
Armstrong lands with a straight right. Obasi didn't see that one coming.
Armstrong slaps away a takedown attempt from Obasi, before circling back to the center of the mat.

It looks like Ayila Obasi has been cut.
Obasi shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Armstrong as he avoids it easily.
