The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Janus moves into the clinch successfully.
Brown has clasped his hands together around Janus's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Janus tries to bench press Brown off him but Brown keeps the position. Janus is trying to control Brown's posture but Brown avoids it. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Janus can do anything to dispel that myth. Janus is trying to improve his position. Brown wants to lay and pray for a moment but Janus keeps working. Brown cracks Janus with a big right hand but Janus just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

That's one minute gone in the round. The ground and pound from Brown seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Brown grinds an elbow into Janus's temple. Brown will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Brown in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Janus pushes Brown away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Brown gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Sloppy strikes there by Brown. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Brown lands a few punches from side control. Brown cracks Janus with a big elbow. Janus struggling a bit here. Brown throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Brown prevents Janus from improving his position. Brown tries to stand and escape but Janus is controlling the position. Janus is trying to control but can't.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Brown wants to clinch but Janus slips to the side and Janus counters with a huge head kick that drops Brown! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hugh Janus! After the fight, Hugh Janus was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly. In defeat, Jarvis Brown stepped up to the mic, saying 'God Bless All!!!See you guys next time hats up to my opponenet.'.

Reza Madadi had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 136.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. On his way into the cage it seems that Reza Madadi has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Reza Madadi seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tac shoots in for a double leg but Madadi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Tac gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Madadi counters with a three punch combo that has Tac backing up. Tac nods at Madadi to acknowledge the strikes. The fight moves into the clinch position. Madadi blocking some punches.

Reza Madadi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tic Tac. Tac has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Madadi is trying to keep an underhook but Tac manages to get the takedown into half guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lennox lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Malone at a distance.
Lennox thows a left - swing and a miss! Moses Malone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Malone sizes up Lennox with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Malone steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lennox. Lennox looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Malone swings and misses with a hook to the body.

We've been hearing reports that Malone has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Lennox throws a solid leg kick but Malone takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Lennox. Malone forces Lennox back against the cage and clinches. Lennox throws a punch but it's blocked by Malone. Malone lands a really nice looking cross but Lennox seems unphased.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones blocks a low kick nicely. Jones has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Sanchez punishes Jones's body with a nice straight punch. Jones has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Jones there as he acknowledges the shot. Sanchez drives through with a powerful takedown. That's hurt Jones!
Jones is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sanchez scoring with some ground and pound. Jones is still in real trouble! Can Sanchez finish him? Sanchez slips nicely into half guard. Sanchez unloads with some huge strikes here! Jones is out! Sanchez wins by brutal knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peters drives through with a takedown into Duggan's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Peters stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Duggan swivels though and keeps the full guard. Peters postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Peters with a flurry of punches that miss. Duggan working a defensive guard here.
Duggan utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Peters throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Duggan works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Duggan wants to sweep here but Peters controlling him for the moment. Peters stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Duggan swivels though and keeps the full guard. Duggan manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
I've been told that Duggan has been drilling his wrestling of late, which has already helped him take this fight to the mat. Let's see how much of an impact it has on the outcome of the ground game. Peters sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

He catches Berdich napping and manages to drive through into side control! Hecker misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Hecker is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Berdich has escaped the position, nice work there. Berdich gets back to half guard. Berdich is looking for a sweep. Hecker is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Hecker is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Hecker in particular looking to stall. Berdich is looking to control Hecker's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Berdich avoid being mounted? Hecker looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Hecker throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Berdich is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hecker's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hecker's back! Berdich lands with a hammerfist to the side of Hecker's head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Berdich throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Berdich looking to break Hecker's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Hecker remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Berdich will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Hecker turns into Berdich and is now in his guard.

Hecker is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Berdich has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hecker is looking to defend but Berdich has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hecker! Berdich pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hecker taps out and this one is all over!
