Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Raugas Mulas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ned Logan! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Logan lands with a good body shot. Logan lands a nice hook to Mulas's body. Mulas takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Mulas throws a leg kick and Logan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Logan with a jab. Logan lands a jab to the head.
Logan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mulas misses with a takedown attempt - Logan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Mulas takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Mulas on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Logan swinging wildly here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Logan scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Mulas doesn't seem bothered though. Mulas shoots in but Logan avoids the takedown attempt easily. Logan is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Mulas drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Mulas looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Logan is avoiding damage well.

Mulas postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Logan is trying to buck Mulas off. Mulas misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Logan is trying to get back to his feet. Mulas in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Mulas prevents Logan from escaping the position. Mulas tries to score with some ground and pound. Logan controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Mulas throws a strike aimed at the side of Logan's head but Logan avoids it well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mulas in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Logan is pushing Mulas's head away, looking to escape. Mulas manages to hold on to the position though. Mulas scores with punches from side control. Mulas is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Logan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Logan managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Mulas.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mulas tries to score with some ground and pound. Logan controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Mulas wants to control but Logan is keeping him busy. Mulas working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Logan is trying to buck Mulas off. An elbow from Mulas crashes against the mat.

Ned Logan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Mulas fails with a takedown attempt. Logan connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Mulas avoids the body shot from Logan.

Logan connects with a good right hand that stumbles Mulas. Mulas circles away out of range and recomposes himself. The crowd cheers as Logan lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mulas doesn't seem phased though. Logan has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Mulas pivots, looking for a leg kick but Logan is out of range and Mulas settles back down. Logan connects with a single shot there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mulas fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Logan checks it well. Logan dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Logan scores with a sloppy right hand. Mulas should have avoided that one. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mulas dives in and grabs Logan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Logan pushes down on Mulas's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Raugas Mulas. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Nice jab there from Logan.
Mulas is rocked! Mulas looks up at the clock. Bad move! Logan lands a right hand from hell, dropping Mulas. Logan pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ned Logan! During a confident post fight interview, Ned Logan thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Steven McGarrett! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Paul Gruel and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGarrett's corner calls for a 1-2. McGarrett obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like Zigfreed Zoicman has been cut. McGarrett throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Zoicman defending well as McGarrett loads up on a big left hand. A slow jab from McGarrett misses its intended target. Zoicman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
McGarrett throws an overhand right that lands on Zoicman's shoulder, as Zoicman tries to avoid the shot. McGarrett scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Zoicman gets cracked with a nice right hand there by McGarrett. McGarrett thows a body shot but no joy. McGarrett getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Steven McGarrett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zoicman defending well as McGarrett loads up on a big left hand. Zoicman uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McGarrett. Nice body punch from McGarrett. McGarrett swings for the body but Zoicman moves out of range.
Zoicman scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! McGarrett is not in a great position here, taking some shots. McGarrett takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Zoicman is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but McGarrett is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. McGarrett takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Zoicman will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zoicman working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Zoicman misses with an attempted head punch from side control. McGarrett really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zoicman. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Zoicman works to advance to full mount. McGarrett defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. McGarrett is wriggling around trying to escape.
McGarrett is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Zoicman locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! McGarrett is forced to tap!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walters fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Walters goes for a double leg but King avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as King continues to drive forward. King jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Walters walks away with a smile on his face. King gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. King misses with a kick to the body and Walters counters with a stiff right hand. Walters shoots in but no luck this time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Walters. That's going to take a lot out of him. Horrible takedown by Walters or perhaps it was just good defense by King which made him look bad. Walters closes this distance looking for a takedown but King circles away. King avoids a kick to the body.
Walters stuffs the takedown. King fails with a takedown attempt. Walters shoots in for a takedown but King shows good takedown defense. Walters tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but King was well out of range. Poor timing from Walters.
That's one minute gone in the round. Walters goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Nice body kick there by King. Walters is breathing heavily. Walters keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Walters throws a chopping leg kick but King manages to avoid taking any serious damage. King should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. A nice leg kick lands there from King. Walters throws a low kick but it's checked well by King. King darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. King tries to stand and escape but Walters is controlling the position. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Walters is staying active underneath King, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. King seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Walters wants to get back to full guard. Walters is working hard here to advance position. Walters is not content to let King control the position. King lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. King seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Walters does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Walters avoiding damage under a succession of punches from King. Walters missing with punches from the bottom.

King is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. King has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Walters works to full guard. King throws a big elbow that misses. King pushing down on Walters's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Walters trying to control but King postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Walters wants to get back to full guard. Walters is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of King's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take King's back! King trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Walters is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but King has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. King wants to control his opponent's hands but Walters gets his hands free. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Walters throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Even with his hooks in, Walters manages to miss with strikes from the back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Michael Walters will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Walters gets in close and instigates a clinch. Walters takes a shot to the head. King wants to break free but Walters has control.

Walters ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Walters no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. King looking to sit in guard and control but Walters gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Bob King has got the better of the ground game so far. Walters sitting in guard here, content to control. Both fighters are breathing heavily. King throws his legs up looking for a submission but Walters uses it to pass to side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Walters has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Walters misses with a double jab.

King goes for a double leg but Walters avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Walters continues to drive forward. Walters tries a body shot but King blocks it.
King tries to circle away but Walters has him pinned against the cage. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Walters takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. King has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Walters is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A nice glancing elbow lands by Walters. The referee calls for Walters to work.
Walters tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. King smiles and moves away.
Walters takes a head kick and keeps coming.
King shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Walters pinned against the cage. Walters gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. King fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! Michael Walters showed his dominance in that final round. I think Walters has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kozeris throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Danga de danga de dang - Kozeris scores with a four punch combination! Kozeris lands an overhand right.
Rulonas is rocked! We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Rulonas has eaten all the pies! Kozeris knocks out Rulonas with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Kozeris before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Kozeris picks up the big W with a huge KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kortas Kozeris!
