7 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Juan Gonzalez! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dillard manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Gonzalez on his heels. He'll look to pass Gonzalez's guard now, I'm sure. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Dillard trying to control the position from guard on top but Gonzalez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gonzalez thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Dillard stands up from Gonzalez's guard - Dillard perhaps looking for a knockout. Gonzalez keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dillard dives in for a single leg takedown but Gonzalez sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Dillard has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Gonzalez is trying to keep an underhook but Dillard manages to get the takedown into half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Dillard is trying to control. Gonzalez wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Dillard is working for a kimura but Gonzalez is defending it quite comfortably.

Dillard seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gonzalez does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Dillard stalling. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Apanson misses with a wild body shot. A combination from Chan does no damage. Apanson is looking to clinch but Chan is avoiding it.
Apanson slaps away a takedown attempt from Chan, before circling back to the center of the mat. Jab, jab by Apanson - just one landing. Chan goes for a double leg but Apanson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Apanson continues to drive forward. Chan tries to work over Apanson's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Apanson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Chan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Apanson has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Rape Academy in the buildup to the fight. Sloppy strikes from Apanson. Those never looked like landing. Apanson clinches with his opponent.

That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Chan drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Apanson dives on top into guard. Apanson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Chan's head. Apanson tries to free his leg and advance position but Chan is retaining full guard. Chan working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Apanson. Apanson is looking to stand up but Chan won't let him. Apanson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chan swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carlyle takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Stewart has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Carlyle is landing a low percentage of strikes. Carlyle shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Stewart has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Carlyle is on him like a limpet, forcing Stewart back against the cage. Stewart looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Stewart manages to break the clinch.
Stewart feints a jab promting Carlyle to slip. Stewart then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Carlyle slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Stewart tries to clinch up but Carlyle circles away and keeps his distance. Carlyle closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Carlyle lands in his opponent's guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stewart tries to land a sweep but no joy. Carlyle trying to control but Stewart is working from the bottom. Stewart working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gomez throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Antiman on the side of the head. A cross from Antiman lands. Gomez stuns Antiman with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Gomez throws a jab when Antiman was well out of range. Gomez misses with a jab, cross combination.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanchez throws the left hand but Falcao avoids the punch easily. Sanchez goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Falcao misses with a body shot.
Sanchez steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Falcao. Falcao keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Sanchez rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Falcao connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Falcao throws a combination that misses and Sanchez counters with a three punch combo that has Falcao backing up. Falcao nods at Sanchez to acknowledge the strikes.
Falcao is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sanchez getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Oh Falcao is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Sanchez connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Falcao's hands. Sanchez drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Falcao right on the button. Falcao goes down! Sanchez follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Sanchez gets the win via TKO!
