4 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Willy Pincher! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Damien Edna and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Regan.
Pincher is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Regan misses with a hook. Pincher ducked under it nicely. Regan with a nice cross. Regan slips a jab and a cross from Pincher.
Pincher fails in his attempt to clinch. Regan goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Pincher wants to clinch. Regan misses with a body kick. Regan misses with a jab, cross combination.
Regan misses with a hook
and Pincher counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. No luck with that takedown attempt from Pincher. Pincher throws a series of punches but Regan moves out of range. Regan shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Regan was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Regan looks up at the clock and then as Pincher takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Regan smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
That's one minute gone in the round. Pincher struggling a bit here. Regan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pincher keeps working. Regan creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. We've been hearing that Regan has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Regan scores with a couple of short elbows. Regan trying to control the position but Pincher is working away. Pincher is looking to regain half guard here but Regan keeps moving and retains side control. Pincher misses with a strike from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Regan misses with the ground and pound. Regan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Regan looks up at the clock and then as Pincher takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Regan smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Pincher prevents Regan from moving into mount. Regan tries for a kimura but Pincher is defending well. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Regan has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Pincher! Regan swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Pincher is now in Regan's guard. A big mistake from Regan there, giving up the dominant position! Pincher wants to control from the top but Regan keeps moving. Pincher looking to sit in guard and control but Regan gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Regan passes into half guard. Regan looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Pincher is trying to get back to full guard. Regan thows a huge punch but Pincher dodges it nicely.
Regan wants to pass the guard but Pincher is defending well. Pincher pushes Regan off looking to stand but Regan dives back in and keeps control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Regan in particular looking to stall. Regan wants to take a breather but Pincher is having none of it. Regan lands strikes from half guard. Regan works his foot free and advances to mount. Regan lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Pincher hang on? The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Regan dominating with strikes here. Regan working for a submission but Pincher is keeping him at bay. Regan working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Pincher looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Regan! Submission of the night perhaps?

It looks like Pablo Sir has been cut. Canedo lands with an overhand left. Sir tries a head kick but it misses.
Canedo tries to close the distance and clinch but Sir swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Sir pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Canedo turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Canedo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sir. Sir swinging wildly here.

Sir jumps guard but Canedo turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. A right hook to the body lands for Canedo.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Canedo just misses with a elbow thrown towards Sir's brow. Canedo looks to throw an elbow but misses. Sir lands a nice shot to the body. Sir jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Canedo walks away with a smile on his face. Sir gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Sir looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Eugene Canedo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pablo Sir. Sir connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Sir bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. The fighters circling - Sir throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Canedo wants to clinch and Sir counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Eugene Canedo's cut is getting worse. Sir bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Canedo! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
Canedo is rocked! Canedo will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Canedo working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sir. Sir in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Sir with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sir landing some decent shots from guard. Sir throwing strikes but missing. Sir throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sir trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Sir throws a big elbow that misses. Sir throwing strikes from guard but Canedo blocks nicely. Canedo working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sir. Canedo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sir on the ground. Canedo looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Sir postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kampmann takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Michael Hussey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kampmann avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Hussey tries to clinch but Kampmann moves out of range. Hussey throws a big shot that misses. Hussey's coach down at United Gym (PM for invitation) was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Hussey's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Hussey throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kampmann on the side of the head. Hussey misses with the combination.
Kampmann lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Kampmann connects with the punch.
It looks like Michael Hussey has been cut. Kampmann connects with a looping right hand.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kampmann tries to bum rush Hussey with a series of wild strikes but Hussey uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Kampmann avoids a punch combination nicely.

Kampmann lands a really nice looking cross but Hussey seems unphased.
Hussey tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Kampmann misses with a looping left. Hussey doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Kampmann swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Kampmann scores with a decent looking hook. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Kampmann!
Hussey is rocked! Kampmann is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Kampmann drops Hussey with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Hussey! Kampmann dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Cherry throws a big elbow that misses. Cherry throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Wietrzny has momentary wrist control but Cherry slips an elbow through the middle. Wietrzny wants to sweep but no luck. Wietrzny utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Cherry engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Cherry missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Cherry postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We've been informed that Wietrzny has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wietrzny keeping moving, preventing Cherry from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Buster Cherry dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Cherry will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Wietrzny lands a jab-cross combination. Wietrzny scores with a hook to the body. Wietrzny drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Cherry gets the underhooks and prevents it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cherry with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Wietrzny is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Wietrzny is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Cherry's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Cherry's back! Wietrzny wants to control but Cherry is keeping busy. Cherry rolls, trying to escape but Wietrzny keeps control of the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Wietrzny is hanging on to Cherry's back as he tries to escape.
Wietrzny has managed to slip his arm under Cherry's chin. This could be all over... yep, Cherry is tapping out! Submission win for Wietrzny.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chaowanungkarn throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Chaowanungkarn thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Silva if he has to take too many more of those.
