3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Conde Koma! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Sergei Dronov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Koma throws a head kick but Schwarzeneg moves out of range.
Schwarzeneg shoots in for a double leg but Koma sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Koma gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Schwarzeneg to score an easy takedown into full guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Schwarzeneg throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Koma really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Schwarzeneg. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Koma wants to stand and escape but Schwarzeneg is having none of it. Koma wants to get back to his feet but Schwarzeneg passes into half guard.
Schwarzeneg is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Koma has managed to free his arm - good work. Koma is looking to escape. Schwarzeneg is trying to control the action in half guard but Koma is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Koma looks like he's trying to stand up.
Schwarzeneg decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Horrible takedown by Schwarzeneg or perhaps it was just good defense by Koma which made him look bad. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Koma shoots in looking for a takedown but Schwarzeneg manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Koma's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Schwarzeneg tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Koma defends well and Schwarzeneg ends up having to push Koma into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Veli Schwarzeneg. That's going to take a lot out of him. Schwarzeneg's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Koma tries to clinch but Schwarzeneg moves out of range. Koma has a takedown stuffed. Schwarzeneg will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Koma misses with a takedown attempt - Schwarzeneg sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. We've been told by Schwarzeneg's head coaches at Warrior MMA and Fitness that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Schwarzeneg shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Koma defends it nicely. Schwarzeneg looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Koma wants to clinch up but Schwarzeneg keeps it at a distance. The fight moves into the clinch position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schwarzeneg drags the fight down to the ground.
Schwarzeneg pushes Koma off and scrambles back to his feet.
Koma looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Schwarzeneg stuffs the takedown attempt from Koma. Koma gets slowly back to his feet. Schwarzeneg fails with a takedown attempt. This has been an exciting period of action! Horrible takedown by Koma or perhaps it was just good defense by Schwarzeneg which made him look bad. Schwarzeneg scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Schwarzeneg is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Schwarzeneg gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koma tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Schwarzeneg paws at him with a jab and circles away. Schwarzeneg shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Schwarzeneg controlling from the top position. Schwarzeneg prevents Koma from getting back to his feet. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Schwarzeneg controls from within his opponent's guard. Schwarzeneg wants to stand but Koma has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Koma wants to stand but Schwarzeneg is controlling the position.
Veli Schwarzeneg has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Koma gets caught napping as Schwarzeneg dives in and scores a takedown. Koma manages to retain guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Schwarzeneg working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Koma wants to stand up but Schwarzeneg is controlling him. Koma working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Schwarzeneg. Schwarzeneg slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Schwarzeneg decides to stand back up. Schwarzeneg steps back and let's Koma get back to his feet. Koma gets tackled into the ropes by Schwarzeneg. Schwarzeneg maintains the clinch. Schwarzeneg gets a trip takedown into half guard. Schwarzeneg is figuring out what he wants to do next. Schwarzeneg wants to pass the guard but Koma is defending well. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Schwarzeneg seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Koma is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice straight punches there by Sotto. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Sotto. Sotto has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Green is landing a low percentage of strikes. Green misses with a series of wild punches.
Sotto lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Green showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sotto.
A punch combination from Sotto misses. Sotto misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Nice cross by Sotto. Green throws a right and a left that both miss. Sotto looks to land a left hand but Green moved out of range nicely. Green throws a nice looking combination but Sotto bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Green displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sotto throws out the jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Green tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Sotto manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Sotto lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Green circles away quickly and effectively. Green lands with a nice combination. Sotto backs away looking to recover. Sotto scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Green is looking to clinch but Sotto is avoiding it.

Sotto is rocked! Sotto swings for the body but Green moves out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action! Sotto swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sotto throws a right hand that Green ducks under and follows up with a left that Green also avoids with ease. Green tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sotto defends well and Green ends up having to push Sotto into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Green's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Green fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sotto sprawls well initially but Green persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Green is trying for a kimura here. Sotto looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Green wins by kimura!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Por Pramuki lands with a straight right. Jaa didn't see that one coming. Jaa finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the ropes, ducking and weaving under Por Pramuki's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Jaa falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Buakaw Por Pramuki! Buakaw Por Pramuki spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

JonesJr's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! JonesJr working hard to break the clinch. Yauch lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Yauch lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of JonesJr backwards. Yauch scores with a shoulder strike. Yauch trying to stall but JonesJr improves his position.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Imer listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Schwager takes a swing at Imer's ribcage but misses. Imer misses with an uppercut. Schwager saw that one coming. Schwager keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Schwager throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

A chopping leg kick lands by Imer. Imer manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Schwager on his heels. He'll look to pass Schwager's guard now, I'm sure. Schwager wants to get back to his feet but Imer is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Schwager wriggles free and stands up. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Schwager misses with a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Imer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Schwager manages to avoid it. Schwager jabbing away but nothing is landing. Imer feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Schwager's calf. Schwager throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Imer shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Imer showed some decent athleticism there. Schwager pushes Imer off looking to stand but Imer dives back in and keeps control.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Imer tries to pass to full mount but Schwager defends it. Schwager is staying active underneath Imer, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Imer connects with a high kick. Imer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Schwager manages to avoid it. Schwager stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Schwager wants it to stay on the feet. Imer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Schwager swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Imer counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Schwager wants to get back to his feet but Imer passes into half guard.

Imer is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Schwager sees it coming and defends easily. Schwager has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Imer is on him like a limpet, forcing Schwager back against the ropes. Imer lands with a short head shot on the inside. A short right from Imer on the inside.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Schwager is trying to break free. Imer presses Schwager against the ropes and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Imer tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Schwager prevents a body shot from Imer. Imer can't find room to land a body shot as Schwager controls the action.
Imer is working Schwager over against the ropes. Imer scores with a shoulder strike. Imer tries to score a body lock takedown but Schwager shows good agility there to stay on his feet. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Imer misses with a body punch.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Imer. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Richard Imer dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Imer throws a quick inside leg kick. No joy there for Schwager, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Imer lands a slapping body shot.
Imer dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Schwager misses with a body shot.
Imer dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Schwager. That did some damage! Richard Imer is winning the standup battle so far. Imer lands an overhand right. Schwager fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Imer explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Schwager throws a body punch but Imer moves out of range. A shot to the liver by Imer. Beautiful body shot. Schwager lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Imer circles away quickly and effectively. Imer darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Imer stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
That's one minute gone in the round. Schwager takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Schwager is breathing heavily. A big right from Schwager misses. Schwager defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Imer. Schwager tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Imer was well out of range. Poor timing from Schwager. Schwager misses with a double jab.
Imer fakes the leg kick and cracks Schwager in the body. Imer delivers a nice body kick. Imer jabs Schwager right on the nose. Schwager blinks but takes it well. This has been an exciting period of action! Imer lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Schwager goes down and covers up as Imer starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dempsey forces Kalaso back against the ropes and clinches. Kalaso trying to control the position but instead, Dempsey has worked for underhooks and has pushed Kalaso into the ropes. Kalaso working Dempsey over with knees to the body. Dempsey tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Kalaso's elbow. Dempsey lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Kalaso blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Kalaso creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Kalaso throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Dempsey blocks it with crossed arms. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dempsey scores with a shot to the side of Kalaso's head. Dempsey scores with a hook to the body. Kalaso wants to stall.

Dempsey uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Dempsey defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kalaso. Kalaso tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Dempsey manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Kalaso tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kalaso drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Good standup being displayed there by Dempsey as he connects with a hook. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dempsey misses with a leg kick and Kalaso counters by moving into the clinch. Kalaso avoiding damage as Dempsey throws knees to the body.

Dempsey stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Dempsey lands with a light punch inside. Dempsey lands a body punch in the clinch. Kalaso is breathing heavily. Kalaso breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Dempsey lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Dempsey punishes Kalaso's body with a nice straight punch. Dempsey moves into the clinch successfully.

Kalaso is rocked! A short uppercut from Dempsey. Oh Kalaso is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Dempsey crunches a lovely knee into Kalaso's ribcage. Still in the clinch, Dempsey scores with a nice short uppercut. Dempsey dips a shoulder and cracks Kalaso with a mighty uppercut! Kalaso falls back against the ropes and Dempsey unloads with a barrage of strikes! Kalaso is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the ropes! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Dempsey screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ewell tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Sloppy strikes from Barker. Those never looked like landing. Ewell scores with a head kick.
It looks like William Barker has been cut. Ewell looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Ewell cracks Barker with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes. Ewell jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Ewell tries to land a body kick enabling Barker to counter with a crisp jab. This has been an exciting period of action! Barker shoots in for a double leg but Ewell sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Barker shoots in but no luck this time. Barker blocks a head kick by Ewell.

Barker is rocked! Barker tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Ewell defends well and Barker ends up having to push Ewell into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch. Barker is still on wobbly legs! Can Ewell finish him? Steve Ewell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of William Barker. Ewell has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Barker - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Ewell, and another! Barker is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
