Dionys buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Smith fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dionys, pushing him back against the ropes.
Dionys has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Dionys wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Smith has him pressed against the ropes.
Dionys wants to break the clinch but can't.
Dionys trying to control the position but instead, Smith has worked for underhooks and has pushed Dionys into the ropes.
Smith has Dionys pressed against the ropes, preventing Dionys from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Dionys looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Dionys throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Smith blocks it with crossed arms.
