Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mateusz Wiaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andrey De Vega! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yuuki Gou and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wiaz looks for a takedown but De Vega sprawls well. De Vega swinging wildly here.
Wiaz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but De Vega paws at him with a jab and circles away. Wiaz closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Wiaz shoots in but no luck this time. Wiaz is trying hard to land a takedown here. De Vega sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mateusz Wiaz. That's going to take a lot out of him. De Vega rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wiaz moves out of range and avoids them all easily. De Vega cracks the inside of Wiaz's front leg. Wiaz shoots in looking for a takedown but De Vega manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Wiaz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Andrey De Vega seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. De Vega swats away the attempt to clinch by Wiaz. Wiaz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. De Vega tries to avoid it but Wiaz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag De Vega to the ground. De Vega escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Wiaz shoots in for a takedown but De Vega shows good takedown defense. Wiaz is breathing heavily. De Vega throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Wiaz tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Wiaz fails with the takedown. De Vega lands a left and a right that send Wiaz crashing to the mat, dazed. De Vega thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Wiaz is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Wiaz is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. De Vega Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Wiaz is out cold, face down on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Andrey De Vega! Post fight, an emotional Andrey De Vega said 'THIS IS SPARTAAAA!'.

I think Miller might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Killers. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Newlove tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Miller was well out of range. Poor timing from Newlove. Newlove avoids the head kick by Miller.
Miller lands a big head kick that sends Newlove tumbling to the mat! Miller takes a step backwards and waves Newlove back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Newlove is rocked!
It looks like Paul Newlove has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Newlove shoots in and drives through. Miller sprawls well. Newlove is still on wobbly legs! Can Miller finish him? Newlove throws a right hand that Miller ducks under and follows up with a left that Miller also avoids with ease. Miller dodges the punch combination from Newlove.
Miller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Miller wants it to stay on the feet. Miller pounces like a tiger and cracks Newlove with a vicious hook! Newlove is down but not out! Miller follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jeffrey Miller! Jeffrey Miller thanked the fans post fight for their support.
