We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Spoakin comes to the cage accompanied by Scarface ft Devin The Dude - Hand Of The Dead Body. Mother comes into a darkened arena with his song building. God of Thunder - Kiss kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mother drops Spoakin with a beautiful combination! Spoakin stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mother is looking for the KO!

It looks like Eulogy Spoakin has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mother throws a right hand that Spoakin ducks under and follows up with a left that Spoakin also avoids with ease.
Mother showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Spoakin.
Mother throws a series of punches but Spoakin moves out of range.
Good exchange - Spoakin coming out on top.
The fighters circling - Mother throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Spoakin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
An inside leg kick from Spoakin misses.
Mother throws a right and a left that Spoakin avoids nicely.
Spoakin throws a looping overhand right but Mother ducks down to avoid it.
Mother avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Mother checks a leg kick.
No joy there for Mother, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mother connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Spoakin tumbling to the canvas! Mother pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Spoakin was done - good stoppage!
