The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall just misses with a punch to the body.
Hall does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Heed shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hall but Hall pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Heed dodges the punch combination from Hall.
Hall fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nice takedown defense from Hall. No joy for Heed on that attempt.
Hall closes the distance but Heed moves to the side

and Heed counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Hall!

Silva has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Howlett is really squeezing tight and eventually Silva passes out! Howlett breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
