Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ze Guimba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Willie Stroker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guimba comes to the cage accompanied by The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Willie Stroker was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ze Guimba! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Willie Stroker! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Steve Erwin and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Guimba shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Stroker sprawls well. Stroker wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Guimba gets slowly back to his feet. Guimba scores with a jab to the jaw. Stroker is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Guimba tries for a takedown but Stroker sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Stroker. Guimba throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Stroker. Stroker fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Guimba is looking to clinch but Stroker is avoiding it.
Stroker tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Guimba paws at him with a jab and circles away. Stroker scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. This has been an exciting period of action! Guimba is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Guimba is pressing down on Stroker's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Stroker lands a couple of digs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stroker postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Guimba is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Stroker, into his guard. Stroker avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Guimba trying to control but Stroker is working from the bottom. Guimba lands a couple of decent looking shots. Guimba throwing strikes from guard but Stroker blocks nicely. Guimba wants to control from the top but Stroker keeps moving. Guimba will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Stroker tries to land a sweep but no joy. Guimba is looking to work some ground and pound but Stroker has wrist control. Guimba stopping the sweep attempt from Stroker.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Guimba drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Guimba jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Guimba wants to get up but he can't break Stroker's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Guimba is breathing heavily. Stroker keeping full guard, as Guimba tries to pass. Stroker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Guimba is controlling him. Guimba with a flurry of punches that miss. Guimba is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Finch Farm that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Stroker is trying to keep Guimba in close.
Stroker looking for a sweep. Not yet Stroker, not yet. Guimba trying to control but Stroker is working from the bottom. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Stroker can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ze Guimba wasn't doing enough on the ground. Stroker bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Guimba tries to improve position but can't. Stroker cracks Guimba with a big right hand but Guimba just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Stroker lands a few punches from side control. Stroker wants to lay and pray for a moment but Guimba keeps working. Stroker advances to mount. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stroker working away from the top, dropping strikes. Stroker pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Guimba is in a horrible position here. Stroker smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
A nice elbow there by Stroker.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stroker prevents Guimba from getting the reversal. Stroker tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Stroker lands a big shot to the head and Guimba winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Willie Stroker! In defeat, Ze Guimba stepped up to the mic, saying ' Congratulations to him, he was the better fighter tonight, but I'll come back even better.'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Houston rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tui moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Houston fails to land with a series of punches.
Tui is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Houston thuds a left hand into Tui's body. Houston moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Houston lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tui circles away quickly and effectively. Tui misses with a takedown attempt - Houston sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Mike Houston seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. You can follow us on Twitter at...Ooooooh Tui got wobbled bad by a big combination! Houston presses forward with punches and knees until Tui stumbles to the ground! The ref watches Tui closely before deciding to step in and end the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tirado closes the distance and clinches. Tirado breaks from the clinch.
Mendy takes a swing at Tirado's ribcage but misses. Some wild striking there from Tirado.
Mendy has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Dark Horse MMA Academy in the buildup to the fight. Tirado scores with a three punch combo!
Tirado throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Tirado tries to clinch up but Mendy circles away and keeps his distance. Tirado tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mendy swats him away and circles back towards the center. Nice shot by Mendy.
It looks like Mike Tirado has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mendy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mendy swings for the body but Tirado moves out of range.
Tirado misses with a straight right. Tirado takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Mendy drops Tirado with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Tirado looks back up at him and smiles so Mendy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Tirado is rocked! Tirado tries to bum rush Mendy with a series of wild strikes but Mendy uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Tirado is still on wobbly legs! Can Mendy finish him? Tirado slips under a jab. Mendy throws a jab but it's blocked by Tirado. Tirado displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mendy throws out the jab. Tirado throws a right and a left that both miss. Tirado seems to have recovered his senses. Tirado moves out of range as Mendy strikes. Tirado tries to bum rush Mendy with a series of wild strikes but Mendy uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Donk. Tirado catches Mendy right on the button with a cross.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mendy throws a lazy right hand but Tirado sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Sloppy strikes from Tirado. Those never looked like landing. Mendy connects with the punch. Tirado drops his hands momentarily. Mendy doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Tirado staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Tirado doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jimmy Mendy!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ferrell looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Griffin! Ferrell is putting a hurting on Griffin here, landing some big shots from side control. Griffin is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Ferrell asserts his dominance and retains side control. Griffin felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Griffin is looking for a sweep. Ferrell scoring with punches and elbows. Ferrell lands an elbow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ferrell lands a decent elbow from side control.
Griffin is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Griffin tries to buck Ferrell off but Ferrell is having none of it. Griffin is still in real trouble! Can Ferrell finish him? A lull in the action here as Ferrell stalls from top position. Ferrell lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Ferrell lands a big elbow and you can see that really hurt Griffin! Ferrell senses the opportunity and scores with more strikes - he's put Griffin out! The ref tackles him out of the way to prevent him landing more strikes - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bill Ferrell! Post fight, Bill Ferrell stared into the camera and said 'I like you man, but your crazy.'.

A looping hook to the body misses from Andrew. Schulmann does a little dance to reset his feet. Andrew misses with an uppercut. Andrew looks to throw the jab but Schulmann is out of range. A jab from Schulmann does it's job there. Andrew thows a body shot but no joy. Schulmann takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Andrew tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Schulmann was well out of range. Poor timing from Andrew. Carson Andrew seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Good exchange - Schulmann coming out on top. Schulmann shoots in and bounces Andrew off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Schulmann's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Schulmann pushing down on Andrew's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Andrew is defending against the submission attempts here by Schulmann.

Schulmann controlling the action here. My spies in Beast Cartel inform me that Schulmann has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Schulmann goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Andrew rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Schulmann's guard! Nice work there by Andrew! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Schulmann looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Schulmann is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Andrew throws a big right hand that misses. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Schulmann trying to strike off his back.
Schulmann has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Andrew can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Andrew has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Schulmann is proving hard to escape from. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Yaniv Schulmann will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Andrew is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Andrew wants to control but Schulmann is keeping busy and won't allow it. Schulmann looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Schulmann is looking to take a break and control but Andrew is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Schulmann tries to pass the half guard into mount. Andrew knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Yaniv Schulmann has got the better of the ground game so far. Schulmann is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Andrew doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Schulmann. Schulmann takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schulmann wants to lay and pray for a moment but Andrew keeps working. Schulmann seems to be looking for submissions.

Schulmann is just content to waste time from the top position. Andrew takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Schulmann chips away with some ground and pound. Schulmann pushing down on Andrew's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Schulmann is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Schulmann is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Well, if Schulmann is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Schulmann is looking to advance position but Andrew won't allow it. Schulmann is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Andrew has managed to free his arm - good work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Andrew is not content to let Schulmann control the position. Schulmann stalling. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Andrew holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Schulmann not landing any meaningful shots this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yaniv Schulmann showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Schulmann feints and as Andrew raises his hands in defense, Schulmann changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Schulmann is working Andrew over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Schulmann wants to control from the top but Andrew keeps moving. Schulmann is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Schulmann postures up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Yaniv Schulmann was stalling too much, according to the referee. Andrew misses with a double jab.
Andrew stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Andrew wants it to stay on the feet. Andrew feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Schulmanns jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Schulmann throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Andrew's waist but Andrew gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Schulmann off to one side. Andrew throws a nice looking combination but Schulmann bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A looping hook to the body misses from Andrew. Schulmann does a little dance to reset his feet. Andrew scores with a hook to the body. Schulmann takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Andrew ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Schulmann moves away. Yaniv Schulmann is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schulmann looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Andrew swings for the body but Schulmann moves out of range.
Andrew scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Andrew misses with a hook
and Schulmann counters with a single leg into guard. Andrew didn't expect that. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Schulmann engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Schulmann's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Yaniv Schulmann was stalling too much, according to the referee. Schulmann closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Schulmann lands in his opponent's guard. Schulmann controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Yaniv Schulmann wasn't active enough on the ground. Andrew lands a lovely overhand right. Schulmann scores with a decent looking hook. Carson Andrew has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Schulmann throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Schulmann closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Andrew to the mat! Andrew manages to get full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Schulmann is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that's the end of the fight! Yaniv Schulmann comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Schulmann winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tommy Duendes! The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pollo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Duendes as he jumps to the side. Duendes throws a series of strikes that have Pollo backpedaling.
Duendes pushes Pollo up against the cage in a clinch. Pollo can't break the clinch.
Duendes lands a nice shot to the body. Duendes keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Pollo's efforts to push away. Duendes lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Duendes lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Duendes pushes Pollo back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Duendes prevents a takedown attempt there.

Pollo works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Pollo drops back looking for a leg! Duendes is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Duendes manages to kick Pollo off! Pollo jumps back into Duendes's guard. Pollo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Duendes is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Duendes preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Duendes is looking to stand up but Pollo isn't so interested in that idea. Duendes is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Pollo passes into half guard. Duendes told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Duendes is trying to stand back up but Pollo is controlling him
Pollo is keen to just control but Duendes is a slippery customer. Duendes is trying to stand up here but Pollo is controlling him well. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Duendes tries to buck Pollo off but he can't manage it. Pollo moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Duendes has worked his arm free - good work by Duendes!
Duendes is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Pollo asserts his dominance and retains side control. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Pollo tries to score with some ground and pound. Duendes controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Duendes stuns Pollo with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Duendes stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Duendes wants it to stay on the feet. Pollo fails with a takedown attempt. Duendes shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Pollo eats them both and turns towards Duendes to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Duendes stuffs the takedown. Pollo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Duendes displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Duendes lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Duendes. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Duendes throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Pollo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Duendes lands a slapping body shot.
