Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sergio Moreno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robb Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Robb Stark was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moreno throws a sloppy head kick and Stark moves out of range easily. Moreno fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Stark avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Stark gets caught napping as Moreno dives in and scores a takedown. Stark manages to retain guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Moreno looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Moreno pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Stark is keeping the position for now. Moreno trying to control but Stark is working from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Sergio Moreno wasn't doing enough on the ground. Moreno clinches with his opponent.

A much better position for Stark. Moreno engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stark trying to control the position here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stark keeping full guard, as Moreno tries to pass. Moreno with a flurry of punches that miss. Moreno working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Stark keeping moving, preventing Moreno from controlling successfully.

Moreno shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Stark napping and manages to drive through into side control! The ground and pound from Moreno seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Stark wants to control but Moreno postures up. Moreno taking a breather here. Robb Stark has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moreno looks up at the clock and then as Stark takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Moreno smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Sergio Moreno overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Stark trying to remain calm as Moreno controls from the top position. Stark struggling a bit here. Moreno wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stark keeps working. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Stark wants to control but Moreno postures up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Moreno drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Stark wants to control but Moreno postures up. Moreno wants to control but Stark is keeping him busy. Moreno wants to stand but Stark has his arm trapped. Moreno is staying tight to Stark's torso, preventing him from escaping.
That's four minutes gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Moreno's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
