We've been hearing good reports from Atkinson's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Roman looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Roman trying to control the action but Atkinson is working from the bottom.
Atkinson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Roman wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Roman tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Roman has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

A very excited looking Greco Roman rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
