Powers tries to score a power double leg takedown but Brahe sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Powers somewhat.

We've been hearing reports that Brahe has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Frajd fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lagoc sprawls well initially but Frajd persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Lagoc is trying to maintain the position but Frajd is very close to passing his half guard.

Frajd is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Lagoc sees it coming and defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Frajd seems to be working for a kimura but Lagoc defends the submission attempt.

Frajd is looking for a kimura but Lagoc is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Frajd to get the leverage.
Lagoc is trying to control but can't.

Frajd is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Lagoc might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Lagoc is trying to maintain the position but Frajd is very close to passing his half guard.
