3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jun Lee! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schmierer feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lees jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Schmierer has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Xtreme Punishment in the buildup to the fight. Schmierer lands a right hook to the body.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Lee. Lee doesn't succeed with the takedown and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Schmierer connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Schmierer scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Schmierer fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lee. Schmierer looks to land a combination but Lee avoids it well. Schmierer's corner calls for a 1-2. Schmierer obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Schmierer delivers a nice body kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Schmierer moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Schmierer throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Schmierer scores with a nice body kick.
Lee walks forward, straight into a front kick from Schmierer. Lee looks winded! Schmierer scores with a head kick. Lee tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Schmierer scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
It looks like Jun Lee has been cut. A clash of legs there as Schmierer blocks the low kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Schmierer lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Both fighters circling a little - Schmierer finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Schmierer throws a head kick that Lee semi-blocks.
Lee is rocked! Schmierer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Lee is still on wobbly legs! Can Schmierer finish him? Adam Schmierer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lee throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Schmierer scoring well with a low kick there.

Schmierer connects with a solid leg kick. Schmierer cracks Lee with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Lee falls to his knees and Schmierer doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

It looks like Matheus Dias has been cut. Matheus Dias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Iglesias bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Dias! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Radik or perhaps it was just good defense by Pid which made him look bad. Radik shoots in and drives through. Pid sprawls well. No luck with that takedown attempt from Radik. Stu Pid has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Baroev Radik. Radik closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Radik working the ground and pound. Radik is trying to get an arm triangle but Pid is defending well. Radik lands a decent elbow from side control. Radik works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Pid stops Radik from passing to mount. Radik misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zacha wants to clinch and Adams counters with a takedown into side control. Adams creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Adams has hold of Zacha's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Zacha seems comfortable defending it but Adams has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Zacha is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Zacha is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Adams couldn't care less - he's delighted!

It looks like Mike Millar has been cut. Saavedra throws a nice looking combination but Millar bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Millar really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Saavedra stuffs the takedown attempt from Millar. Millar gets slowly back to his feet. Saavedra drops Millar with a beautiful combination! Millar stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Saavedra is looking for the KO!
Millar is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Millar backs away from a small jab... but Saavedra lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Millar crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Saavedra with a spectacular finish!

Jet wants to control but Skillz is keeping him busy.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck with that takedown attempt from Gate. No luck for Gate with that takedown attempt. Horiguchi misses with a low kick as Gate jumps back. Horiguchi throws a leg kick which misses Gate's front leg but catches the back leg as Gate tries to avoid it. Horiguchi walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Gate checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Horiguchi turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Horiguchi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gate circles away quickly and effectively. No joy there for Horiguchi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gate shoots in for a double leg but Horiguchi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for William Gate. That's going to take a lot out of him. Horiguchi pushes Gate away with a front kick. Gate shoots in looking for a takedown but Horiguchi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gate's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Horiguchi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gate. Horiguchi feints and then cracks Gate's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gate down. This has been an exciting period of action! Gate sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gate. Gate is breathing heavily. Gate closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Horiguchi's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Horiguchi is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Horiguchi looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gate is one step ahead there. Gate is fighting to break Horiguchi's control of his arms but Horiguchi is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Horiguchi is trying to control the position but Gate postures up. Gate trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Gate drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Horiguchi manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gate has Horiguchi in his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gate is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Horiguchi has his hands clasped together but Gate extends and breaks Horiguchi's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Gate.
