The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Pound darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Pinto shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pound pinned against the ropes. Pound gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Pound gets caught napping as Pinto dives in and scores a takedown. Pound manages to retain guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Pinto wants to pass the guard but Pound is keeping the position.
Pound thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

That was a close round but I would say that Ground Pound will probably get the nod.
