2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Maurits Arce! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, John Roberts and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alasin scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Alasin comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Alasin digs a good hook to Arce's body.
Nice uppercut lands for Alasin. That snapped Arce's head back.
Alasin lands the left hand. Alasin lands with a good body shot. This has been an exciting period of action! Alasin scores with a sloppy right hand. Arce should have avoided that one. Alasin lands a jab to the head.

That's one minute gone in the round. Arce takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Alasin scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Alasin scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Alasin sizes up Arce with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Alasin with a body punch. A glancing blow. Alasin cracks Arce with a good jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A shot to the liver by Alasin. Beautiful body shot. Alasin lands a big right hand that sends Arce crashing to the mat! Alasin stays standing though and waves Arce back to his feet!

It looks like Maurits Arce has been cut. Alasin connects with a right hand. Arce shakes it off. Arce is still on wobbly legs! Can Alasin finish him? Alasin connects with a body shot. Arce seems to have recovered his senses. Alasin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Alasin lands the left hand. Alasin looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Alasin fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alasin catches Arce with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Alasin lands a big right hook! Arce looks hurt but is still standing! Alasin lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Arce falls down and Alasin dives in with a huge hammer fist! Arce's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Alasin runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Ville Alasin! Our winner, Ville Alasin, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A good leg kick by Price. A nice combination there by Price.
Price with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Price scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Ikabuki is breathing heavily. Ikabuki shoots and misses so Price counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Price drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Price seems to have locked his on tight now - Ikabuki screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Price, as he picks up the win!

Davison looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Ready! The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Ready takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Ready is letting Davison control him for a moment. Ready really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Davison. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Check out the look on Davison's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Person. Person swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Contreras scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Contreras sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Person defending well though. Person regains full guard. Nicely done. Person tries to land a sweep but no joy. Contreras distracts Person with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Contreras lands a couple of decent looking shots. Contreras preventing the sweep. Person looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Contreras lands a couple of elbows. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Person throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Contreras in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Contreras keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Person's head.

Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Contreras might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Person trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Contreras throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Person works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Contreras throws a big elbow that misses. Contreras trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Contreras throwing strikes but missing. Contreras lands a couple of digs. Contreras postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Person utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Contreras throws an elbow that misses. Person uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Contreras's guard. Nice move by Person! Contreras is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Person trying to control but Contreras is working from the bottom. Person throwing strikes from guard but Contreras blocks nicely. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Contreras striking off his back but it's not causing Person any problems. Contreras throws a nice elbow from the bottom. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! That's really hurt Person and he's turned his back - Contreras keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Contreras jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Gono as Silva shoots in. A leg kick checked by Silva. Gono tries to land a leg kick but Silva saw it coming and moves away.
Silva tries to clinch up. Gono attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Gono closes the distance and clinches. Gono has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Silva clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Gono is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Silva knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Silva for a finish. Gono is not going to allow Silva to sit and survive in this position. Silva is breathing heavily. Silva is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Silva defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Gono's arms.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva is having to fend off submission attempts from Gono, who is looking to sink in the choke. Gono doesn't have the hooks in though and Silva manages to reverse position! He's now on top, in his opponent's guard. Silva is fighting to break Gono's control of his arms but Gono is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Gono keeping full guard, as Silva tries to pass. Gono has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Fitness Pit. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silva trying to control the position from guard on top but Gono is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Silva postures up in Gono's guard and throws a big left but Gono blocks it. Silva looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Silva trying to control the position from guard on top but Gono is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Alexandre Silva just wasn't active enough. Silva checks a low kick from Gono. Gono clinches up against the cage. Gono ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gono no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Silva stopping the sweep attempt from Gono. Silva gets to his feet - Gono follows without any prompting. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gono stuffs the takedown attempt from Silva. Silva gets slowly back to his feet. Gono throws a low kick but Silva moves out of range easily. Gono thumps Silva with a low kick. Silva misses with a takedown attempt - Gono sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Gono closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gono lands in his opponent's guard. Gono stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard. Silva is trying to control the position but Gono postures up. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Silva wants to sweep here but Gono controlling him for the moment. Gono really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Gono is looking to stand up but Silva won't let him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gono controls the pace. Gono wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Markie Gono hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Gono tries to close the distance and clinch up but Silva swats him away and circles back towards the center. Gono fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Silva is out of range. Gono tries to clinch there but Silva circles away.
Gono throws a solid leg kick but Silva takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Gono. Gono misses with a low kick as Silva jumps back. A leg kick checked by Silva. Silva blocks a head kick by Gono.
Silva shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gono as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alexandre Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silva closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Gono quickly recovers to half guard. Silva is figuring out what he wants to do next. Silva wants to control but Gono is keeping him busy. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Alexandre Silva just wasn't active enough. Gono dives in and grabs Silva's left leg, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes down on Gono's head and hops out. Silva tries to close the distance and clinch but Gono swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gono tries a head kick but it misses.
Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gono but Gono pushes him off and we're back to square one. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Gono moves into the clinch. Silva takes an elbow to the temple.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva is trying to pull guard but Gono turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Gono decides to pull guard. Silva trying to control but Gono is working from the bottom.
We're going to have a standup here because Alexandre Silva wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Gono gets caught napping as Silva dives in and scores a takedown. Gono manages to retain guard. Silva's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Silva wants to control from the top but Gono keeps moving.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Alexandre Silva just wasn't active enough. Silva fails with a takedown attempt. Gono does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Silva checks a leg kick. Silva closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Gono quickly recovers to half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Silva trying to control from half guard but Gono is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Alexandre Silva will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Gono shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Gono moves into range and clinches up with Silva. Gono lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Silva. Silva creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Gono gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Gono drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Silva gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Silva drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Silva jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Silva preventing the sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Silva connects with a couple of short punches. Gono wants to get back to his feet but Silva is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Silva in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silva wants to control from the top but Gono keeps moving.
Alexandre Silva has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Gono closes the distance and clinches. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Silva. Silva tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Gono wants to take the fight to the mat but Silva manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Silva wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Gono has him pressed against the cage. Silva trying to stall but Gono improves his position.
Silva has Gono pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Gono manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gono pulls guard successfully.
Silva passes easily into side control. Nice work. Silva wants to control but Gono is keeping him busy. Gono tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Silva wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Silva trying to control the position but Gono is working away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Silva controlling the position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Alexandre Silva. Silva shoots in for a takedown but Gono shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alexandre Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gono gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Gono pulls guard. Alexandre Silva overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Silva pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gono is keeping the position for now. Gono keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Alexandre Silva. I think Silva has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tajju Bagumbha! The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Reed Andrews and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bagumbha. Davis tries to move into range but Bagumbha moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. No luck with that takedown attempt from Davis. Davis takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Nice shot by Bagumbha.
It looks like Danny Davis has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Davis throws a sloppy head kick and Bagumbha moves out of range easily. Davis cracks Bagumbha with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Davis takes a jab right on the kisser.
Bagumbha cracks Davis with an open hand slap. Davis tries to close the distance and clinch but Bagumbha swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Bagumbha drops Davis with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Davis looks back up at him and smiles so Bagumbha waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Davis is rocked! Both fighters step back and shake their arms out. Bagumbha engages and cracks Davis with a massive lead left hook - Davis tumbles to the floor, out cold! What a shot! Bagumbha is delighted - all that hard work in training paid off!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tajju Bagumbha! After the fight, Tajju Bagumbha was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Block darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Anderson trying to get back to full guard but Block takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Block definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Anderson's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Block prevents Anderson from getting the reversal. Block really is a fat lump. Block scoring with strikes but Anderson is staying in there.
It looks like John Anderson has been cut. The referee warns Anderson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That has opened up John Anderson's cut even more. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Block avoids the attempt from Anderson to control. Block has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Block punishing his opponent with strikes. Block in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miyato on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Rickenbacker v.2 takes the fight into the clinch. Rickenbacker v.2 misses with a knee to the head. Miyato has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rickenbacker v.2 is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Rickenbacker v.2 lands an elbow just above Miyato 's eye.
It looks like Shigeo Miyato has been cut. Rickenbacker v.2 looking to throw knees to the head but Miyato is blocking nicely.
Miyato is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Rickenbacker v.2 pulls him back up using the underhooks. Miyato drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Rickenbacker v.2 gets the underhooks and prevents it.

But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Miyato, into his guard. Rickenbacker v.2 controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Rickenbacker v.2 trying to control but Miyato is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miyato is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rickenbacker v.2 is aware though and is defending well. Miyato has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Rickenbacker v.2 is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Miyato. Rickenbacker v.2 looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Miyato looks to move to half guard but instead Rickenbacker v.2 has passed into mount! Damn! Miyato tries to get back to half guard but can't. Rickenbacker v.2 throws some wild stikes that Miyato manages to avoid easily.

The fighters roll with the hold and Miyato manages to kick Rickenbacker v.2 off! Rickenbacker v.2 jumps back into Miyato's guard. Rickenbacker v.2 is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miyato wants to sweep here but Rickenbacker v.2 controlling him for the moment. Miyato being controlled here, momentarily. Rickenbacker v.2 won't allow Miyato to sweep him here. Miyato can't keep his opponent in guard - Rickenbacker v.2 advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Miyato is looking to improve his position.

Rickenbacker v.2 is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Miyato is just riding it out for now. Rickenbacker v.2 eventually gives up the hold. Miyato looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rickenbacker v.2 is one step ahead there. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Miyato keeping moving, preventing Rickenbacker v.2 from controlling successfully. Miyato wants to sweep here but Rickenbacker v.2 controlling him for the moment. Rickenbacker v.2 engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Gibson Rickenbacker v.2 is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Rickenbacker v.2 passes Miyato's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Miyato looking for a kimura from the bottom but Rickenbacker v.2 passes into side control! A lull in the action here. Miyato is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Miyato is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Rickenbacker v.2's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miyato tries to roll over but Rickenbacker v.2 keeps him under control. Rickenbacker v.2 trying to pass the guard but Miyato defending well. Miyato tries to get to full guard but Rickenbacker v.2 has control of the leg. Rickenbacker v.2 seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Miyato is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rickenbacker v.2's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rickenbacker v.2's back! Miyato is persistently looking for the submission but Rickenbacker v.2 is defending it well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rickenbacker v.2 looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miyato looking for the choke but no joy. Miyato is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Rickenbacker v.2 defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Rickenbacker v.2 rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Miyato wants to pass the guard but Rickenbacker v.2 is defending well. Shigeo Miyato has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Rickenbacker v.2 regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Miyato.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Gibson Rickenbacker v.2. Well Rickenbacker v.2 has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spliff sizes up Vera with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Vera gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Spliff counters with a stiff right hand. Spliff swings for the body but Vera moves out of range.
Vera shoots and misses and Spliff counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Vera shoots in and drives through. Spliff sprawls well. Mustaffa Spliff has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kid Vera. Spliff moves into range and clinches up with Vera. Spliff lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Spliff slowing the pace effectively. A quick uppercut on the inside from Spliff. Vera working hard to break the clinch. Vera wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Spliff lands a hook to the side of the head. Spliff lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Vera is rocked! Spliff dips a shoulder and cracks Vera with a mighty uppercut! Vera falls back against the cage and Spliff unloads with a barrage of strikes! Vera is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Spliff screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
