The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Alexis feints and as Palov raises his hands in defense, Alexis changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Alexis got a little sloppy there for a moment and Palov has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Alexis has managed to get both his arms back between Palov's legs - danger averted.

Alexis tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Marley walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Blaze goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Marley gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Blaze lands a left and a right that send Marley crashing to the mat, dazed. Blaze thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Nino Blaze is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Blaze wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Blaze drops Marley with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Marley looks back up at him and smiles so Blaze waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Marley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A right-left combo lands from Blaze.
Blaze lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Marley can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Blaze and Marley drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Blaze.
