Restart lands a vicious elbow to the side of Mayer's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Restart tries to finish him with strikes but Mayer still seems able to defend himself so Restart steps back and lets Mayer get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.
