12 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Max Collins! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Collins shoots for a double leg takedown but Hussein sprawls well. He's pushed Collins's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Collins has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Hussein is landing a low percentage of strikes. Hussein tries to score a power double leg takedown but Collins sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hussein somewhat. Collins closes the distance looking to clinch and Hussein holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Hussein has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Collins avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Collins pulls guard successfully.
Collins looking for a sweep. Not yet Collins, not yet. Hussein wants to control from the top but Collins keeps moving. Hussein postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Collins keeping moving, preventing Hussein from controlling successfully. Hussein decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Collins, up you get!

Hussein is looking for a kimura but Collins is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Hussein to get the leverage. Hussein is looking to take a break and control but Collins is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Hussein not doing much here.

Collins has one foot on Hussein's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Collins with a lazy takedown attempt and Hussein counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Collins's guard now. Collins had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hussein defends it easily. Collins keeping full guard, as Hussein tries to pass. Hussein throws a big elbow that misses. Hussein sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hussein trying to control but Collins is working from the bottom. Hussein postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Collins is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hussein, into his guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Collins trying to control the position from guard on top but Hussein is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Collins scoring with punches to the head and body. Collins connects with a couple of short punches. Collins tries to free his leg and advance position but Hussein is retaining full guard. Hussein might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hussein not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Collins trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Hussein had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Collins defends it easily. Hussein controls Collins momentarily but Collins frees himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Krammer Hussein dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Collins throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hussein counters by clinching up. Collins jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hussein walks away with a smile on his face. Collins gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Collins fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Collins fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hussein looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Collins shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hussein as he avoids it easily. Collins drives through with a takedown into guard. Collins seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Collins trying to control the position from guard on top but Hussein is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Hussein is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Collins scoring with punches to the head and body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hussein pulls Collins in close to his closed guard and prevents Collins from doing any damage or advancing position. Collins lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Collins stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hussein swivels though and keeps the full guard. Collins avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Collins slips nicely into half guard. Collins is working for a submission of some sort.
Collins wants to control but Hussein is keeping him busy. Hussein looking for submissions from an awkward position here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Collins looks to score some points with some ground and pound. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Collins throwing shots but Hussein is blocking nicely. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Collins connects with a nice short shot to Hussein's temple. Collins takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Collins frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Collins punishing his opponent with strikes.
Hussein is rocked! Collins looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Hussein covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!

Adams throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Spat is trying to improve his position. Spat is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Adams definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Adams looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Spat is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Adams off and has taken his back! Adams tries to roll but Spat sticks to his back.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Laid fails with a takedown attempt. Laid doesn't succeed with the takedown and King counters with a nice double leg into guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Laid trying to control the position.
King stopping the sweep attempt from Laid. Laid escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. King gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Laid has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but King can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. King trying to control but Laid is working from the bottom. This has been an exciting period of action!

King tries to get back to half guard but can't. Laid jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… King is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by King and Laid has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. King is looking for a sweep. Laid is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Laid is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

King escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. King shoots in looking for a takedown but Laid manages to keep the fight standing, pushing King's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Armor King. That's going to take a lot out of him. Laid with a poor takedown and King counters with an outside leg kick.

Armor King has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mike Laid is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Laid looking for a sweep. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boone ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Moses moves away. Boone looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Moses shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Boone as he jumps to the side. Moses misses with a hook. Boone tries to bum rush Moses with a series of wild strikes but Moses uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Boone lands a nice looking body shot.
Moses blocks a jab. Moses has his takedown stuffed and Boone counters with a stiff right hand. Boone staying out of range there. Moses dives in and grabs Boone's left leg, looking for a takedown. Boone pushes down on Moses's head and hops out. Robert Boone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Washington Moses. Moses shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Boone pinned against the cage. Boone gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Moses blocks a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boone ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Boone dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Boone scores with a sloppy right hand. Moses should have avoided that one. Boone scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Excellent takedown into side control there by Moses. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Boone is trying to get back to half guard. Boone is trying to work for a sweep but Moses has mounted him! That was a close round but I would say that Robert Boone will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Moses uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Boone. Moses shoots and misses and Boone cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Moses. Moses shoots in and drives through. Boone sprawls well. Robert Boone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Washington Moses. Boone digs a good hook to Moses's body.

Washington Moses seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Boone looks to land a right hand but Moses moved out of range. A lazy left from Boone finds it's target. Moses is rocked! Moses drops his hands momentarily. Boone doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Moses staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Moses doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ferrigno fails with a takedown attempt. Pugachov tries to close the distance and clinch but Ferrigno swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Pugachov stuffs the takedown attempt from Ferrigno. Ferrigno gets slowly back to his feet. Pugachov fails to land with a series of punches.
Ferrigno tries to bum rush Pugachov with a series of wild strikes but Pugachov uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Ferrigno has a takedown stuffed. Emelyan Pugachov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lou Ferrigno. Ferrigno drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pugachov on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Pugachov tries to get out of the position. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Ferrigno looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Pugachov is not content to let Ferrigno control the position. Pugachov is trying to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ferrigno wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Pugachov, who protects the arm well. Pugachov prevents Ferrigno from moving into mount. Ferrigno working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Ferrigno swings around for an armbar but Pugachov sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Ferrigno's guard.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baramari connects with the punch. Bob Baramari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Baramari lands a leg kick that knocks Jackson off balance momentarily. Jackson moves out of range of the body kick from Baramari.
Good exchange - Baramari coming out on top. Jackson scoring well with a low kick there.
Baramari throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Baramari misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jackson throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Baramari counters with a good low kick that Jackson was not able to check. Jackson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Jackson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Jackson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Baramari takes a swing at Jackson's ribcage but misses. Baramari throws a body kick that misses and Jackson counters with a stiff right hand. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jackson tries to land a front kick but Baramari steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Jackson throws a looping overhand right but Baramari ducks down to avoid it. Baramari moves into the clinch successfully.

Baramari lands a nice looking kick to the body. Jackson takes a step back to recover. Baramari rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Jackson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Baramari looks to land a left hand but Jackson moved out of range nicely. Baramari keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jackson. Baramari keeps the fight on the outside. A looping hook to the body misses from Baramari. Jackson does a little dance to reset his feet. Jackson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Jackson tries to clinch but Baramari is having none of it. A big left from Baramari misses. Baramari throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Baramari feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Jackson's calf. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Jackson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Baramari scores with a nice right hand.

Baramari is trying to break the clinch but Jackson is controlling him. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Jackson stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Jackson tries to land knees in the clinch but Baramari avoids the damage to the body. Jackson lands a body punch.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jeremy Jackson. I think Jackson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
