The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alasin's corner calls for a 1-2. Alasin obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Price throws a head kick that Alasin semi-blocks.
Alasin has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Price.
Price fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Price feints and then cracks Alasin's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Alasin down.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Price motions for Alasin to come forward. Price throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Alasin on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Alasin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Price.
Price throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Price is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Alasin is just riding it out for now. Price eventually gives up the hold.

Well Price has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Vera displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rickenbacker v.2 throws out the jab.

After the fight, Gibson Rickenbacker v.2 was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
