Petro looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Petro dances in with a quick combination. Noel is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Petro snaps Noel's head back. Noel stumbles backwards against the cage. Petro steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Noel's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Noel just didn't come prepared.

Kross lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frotch moves into range and clinches up with Goncalves.
Goncalves is trying to pull guard but Frotch turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

It looks like Santos Goncalves has been cut.
Goncalves jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Frotch walks away with a smile on his face. Goncalves gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Goncalves has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
