5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ronaldo Abreu! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barnett wants to clinch. Abreu checks the leg kick nicely there.
Barnett rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Abreu moves out of range and avoids them all easily. No luck with that takedown attempt from Abreu. Mark Barnett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Abreu shoots for a takedown but Barnett saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Barnett scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Barnett seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Barnett tries to pass the half guard into mount. Abreu knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Abreu is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Barnett pulls his head out easily. Abreu gets full guard. Barnett trying to control the position from guard on top but Abreu is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Abreu working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Barnett doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Abreu is tightening it up a little... Barnett has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Barnett reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Barnett taps out! Nice BJJ there by Abreu!

5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Cesys Kazlauskas! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kazlauskas shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Demarce counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Kazlauskas's guard now. Demarce landing some decent shots from guard. Kazlauskas wants to stand up but Demarce is controlling him. Kazlauskas has his foot on Demarce's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Demarce works his way back into a safe position though. Demarce thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Demarce looking to control the position here, rather than advance. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Demarce pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kazlauskas is keeping the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Demarce would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Demarce trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kazlauskas wants to sweep but no luck. Kazlauskas controls Demarce momentarily but Demarce frees himself.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A big right from Kazlauskas misses. Demarce takes a swing at Kazlauskas's ribcage but misses. Kazlauskas shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Kazlauskas doesn't succeed with the takedown and Demarce counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Kyle Demarce has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cesys Kazlauskas.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Demarce wants to work for an arm triangle but Kazlauskas is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Kazlauskas is staying active underneath Demarce, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Demarce seems to be working for a kimura but Kazlauskas defends the submission attempt. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kazlauskas has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Demarce is working away from the top position though. Kazlauskas is not content to let Demarce control the position. Demarce will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Demarce controlling the pace.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Demarce tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Kazlauskas has a hand on Demarce's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Demarce takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Demarce avoids the attempt from Kazlauskas to control. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Demarce controlling the pace for now. Demarce working the ground and pound effectively.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kazlauskas tries to lock up and control but Demarce gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Kazlauskas tries to get back to half guard but can't. Demarce breaks from Kazlauskas's wrist control and lands an elbow. Demarce lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Demarce controlling from the full mount. Kazlauskas tries to improve his position but instead Demarce has taken his back! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Demarce is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Kazlauskas taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from Demarce.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Amarce tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but MacDonald swivels and escapes. Amarce keeps the fight on the outside. Excellent takedown into side control there by Amarce. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Amarce is looking to take a break and control but MacDonald is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Amarce has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for MacDonald! MacDonald is in a horrible position here. Amarce smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Amarce has hold of MacDonald's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and MacDonald manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Amarce is working for a guillotine from mount but MacDonald frees his head quite easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amarce wants to control the pace but MacDonald is squirming around nicely. Amarce manages to capitalize on a mistake by MacDonald to take his back! MacDonald is in bad spot here.
Amarce is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but MacDonald won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Amarce off his unconscious opponent!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bondevik ducks under a wild hook from Bartnicki. Bondevik is breathing heavily. Bartnicki gets a double leg takedown into Bondevik's guard. Bartnicki trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Bartnicki trying to control the position from guard on top but Bondevik is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bartnicki is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Bartlomiej Bartnicki was stalling too much, according to the referee. Bondevik tries a head kick but it misses.
Bartnicki feints and as Bondevik raises his hands in defense, Bartnicki changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Bondevik can't keep his opponent in guard - Bartnicki advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Bartnicki seems to be working for a kimura but Bondevik defends the submission attempt. Bartnicki is trying for a kimura here. Bondevik looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Bartnicki wins by kimura!
