0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Alex MacDonald! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carneiro has his takedown stuffed and MacDonald counters with a big head kick but Carneiro shrugs it off. Carneiro shoots in for a takedown but MacDonald shows good takedown defense.
Carneiro tries to keep at a distance but MacDonald has taken the fight into the clinch. Carneiro can't get the takedown.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kazlauskas shoots and misses
and Weichel counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Kazlauskas! We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Weichel lands a nice forearm strike.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Davis throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Carneiro was covering up waiting for the punch and Davis finishes the takedown easily into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Davis works over Carneiro with some ground and pound from guard. Davis pushing down on Carneiro's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Carneiro is trying to get back to full guard. Carneiro gets full guard. Carneiro utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Carneiro is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Carneiro regains full guard. Nicely done. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Davis's corner is telling him to maintain position. Carneiro is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.  Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Carneiro dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Davis. That did some damage! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but Daniel Carneiro did the better work so I'd imagine he'll take it. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Davis takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Carneiro moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. You can see the frustration on Carneiro's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Carneiro throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land. Carneiro is trying to control Davis's posture but Davis avoids it.

Nice sprawl there from Richards as Coleman shoots in. Ben Richards has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Reggie Coleman. Coleman throws a right hand that Richards ducks under and follows up with a left that Richards also avoids with ease. Coleman takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Coleman fails with the takedown
and Richards counters with a nice double leg into side control. Coleman won't be happy with that. Richards taking a breather here.

Richards is trying to get an arm triangle but Coleman is defending well.
Richards stands up and beckons Coleman to his feet. A combination from Coleman does no damage.
Richards shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Richards was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Richards trying to control the position but Coleman is working away.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Richards cracks Coleman with an elbow. That is naaassty. Richards wants to control but Coleman is keeping him busy.
Richards tries for a kimura but Coleman is defending well. Richards working the ground and pound from side control.

Richards has an Americana. Coleman didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Richards is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Richards hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
