0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Andrew Latimer! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Latimer will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Latimer looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Latimer misses with a takedown attempt - Burns sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. We've been informed that Latimer has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Nice jab there from Burns. Burns looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Burns drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Latimer dives on top into guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Burns is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Latimer presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Burns throws a head kick that misses. Burns takes the fight into the clinch. Burns is trying to pull guard but Latimer has him pressed against the cage. Latimer is defending well against a takedown attempt. Latimer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Burns tries to clinch there but Latimer circles away.
Burns throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Latimer stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Latimer goes for a double leg but Burns avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Burns continues to drive forward. Latimer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Burns scores with a one two! Latimer had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Burns takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

That's one minute gone in the round. Burns closes the distance and lands a one-two. Burns's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Burns duly obliges. Burns connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Burns lands a slapping body shot.

Latimer gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Burns. Burns connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Latimer tumbling to the canvas! Burns pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Latimer was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Roger Burns! A very excited looking Roger Burns rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jeferson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Woodley avoids it really well and circles away. Jeferson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Woodley.
Jeferson shoots in but Woodley avoids the takedown attempt easily. Jeferson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Jeferson throwing strikes but missing. Jeferson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Jeferson won't allow Woodley to get back to his feet. Woodley has momentary wrist control but Jeferson slips an elbow through the middle.

That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jeferson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Woodley lands a jab. Woodley shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Jeferson eats them both and turns towards Woodley to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Jab, jab by Woodley - just one landing. Woodley lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jeferson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Woodley looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. We've been informed that Woodley has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Jeferson tries to move into full mount but can't pass Woodley's legs. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Alex Jeferson will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Woodley thows a left - swing and a miss! Woodley cracks a nice hook into Jeferson's ribs. Jeferson staying out of range there. Woodley throws out a loose jab but Jeferson uses good head movement to avoid it. Alex Jeferson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jeferson gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Jeferson looks for a takedown but Woodley sprawls well. The fighters circle momentarily. Woodley darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. OK we're going to have a standup here. Tyrone Woodley hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Woodley scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Jeferson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Woodley connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Jeferson scrambles back to his feet. Jeferson goes for a double leg but Woodley avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Woodley continues to drive forward. Jeferson drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Woodley gets the underhooks and prevents it.
