The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Long throws a body punch but Cruzo moves out of range.

Cruzo rushes Long and presses him up against the cage.

Long has Cruzo pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Long pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Cruzo tumbling to the mat - Long dives into Cruzo's guard.
We've been hearing that Long has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
