The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Harris has closed the distance and engaged Riley in a clinch.

Harris breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Riley fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Harris to the ground. Riley is now in Harris's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Harris has control of Riley's left arm, preventing Riley from doing any damage.
Harris is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Harris seems to be working for a kimura but Riley defends the submission attempt.
Riley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Oh but Riley is tightening it up a little... Harris has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Harris reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Harris taps out! Nice BJJ there by Riley!

I think Sakara might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I'm On My Way. De Santiuya has chosen Nas - The Message as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. De Santiuya lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sakara circles away quickly and effectively.
De Santiuya fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Sakara lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as De Santiuya backs up against the cage.
De Santiuya throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
De Santiuya moves into range and connects with a jab.
De Santiuya with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sakara to score with a decent uppercut.
