0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Chopper Mcgraw! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gatsby bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Mcgraw's head backwards. Gatsby takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Mcgraw keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gatsby looks to land a left hand but Mcgraw moved out of range nicely. Gatsby throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mcgraw takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Mcgraw has a takedown stuffed. Gatsby swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mcgraw fails to land the takedown. Nice takedown defense from Gatsby. No joy for Mcgraw on that attempt. Jay Gatsby has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Mcgraw looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A punch lands to the side of Mcgraw 's head but he takes it in his stride.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcgraw takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Gatsby getting the better of the striking in that exchange. A slow jab from Gatsby misses its intended target. Gatsby defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mcgraw. Gatsby jabs at Mcgraw's body. Mcgraw looks gassed! Gatsby thows a body shot but no joy. Mcgraw will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Nice body punch from Gatsby. Gatsby throws a shot to the body.
Gatsby moves into range and connects with a jab. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mcgraw takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. A shot to de liver by Gatsby. Beautiful body shot. Mcgraw tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gatsby sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mcgraw somewhat. A lazy left from Gatsby finds it's target. Gatsby lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Mcgraw at a distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gatsby ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Gatsby is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Gatsby lands with a nice body punch. Gatsby dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Jab from Gatsby. Mcgraw walks into a straight right hand from Gatsby. Gatsby walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Mcgraw drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Gatsby swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Mcgraw's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones works his foot free and advances to mount. Jones with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones has control of Suarus's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Suarus regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Jones manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Suarus thows a big elbow that misses. Jones working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Suarus doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Jones is tightening it up a little... Suarus has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Suarus reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Suarus taps out! nice BJJ there by Jones!
