Blachowicz lands a left and a right that send Overeem crashing to the mat, dazed. Blachowicz thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Overeem shoots for a takedown but Blachowicz saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Blachowicz rushes Overeem and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
