0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Punch Punchinson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ipad Apple! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Paul Gruel and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Punchinson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Apple counters with a series of strikes. Punchinson will be more careful next time no doubt. Apple slips a jab and a cross from Punchinson.
Punchinson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Apple swivels and escapes. Punch Punchinson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Punchinson dives in and grabs Apple's left leg, looking for a takedown. Apple pushes down on Punchinson's head and hops out. Apple shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Punchinson is trying to defend but Apple finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Punchinson looks like he's trying to stand up.
Apple really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Punchinson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Apple is keen to just control but Punchinson is a slippery customer. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Ground and pound from Apple. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Punchinson wants to stand but Apple has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Apple is looking to take a break and control but Punchinson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Ipad Apple has got the better of the ground game so far. Apple shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Punchinson but Punchinson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Punchinson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Apple fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Punchinson to the ground. Apple is now in Punchinson's guard. Apple wants to stand but Punchinson has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Apple looking to sit in guard and control but Punchinson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Apple working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Punchinson has passed into half guard!

That's one minute gone in the round. Still in half guard, Punchinson seems content to control. Punchinson is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Punchinson is thwarting Apple's attempts to control the position. Punchinson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Apple shoots in but Punchinson avoids the takedown attempt easily. Apple fails with a takedown attempt.

Apple moves in looking to clinch but Punchinson pushes him off. Punchinson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Apple rushes Punchinson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Apple jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Punchinson walks away with a smile on his face. Apple gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Punch Punchinson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ipad Apple. Apple tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Punchinson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Apple gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Apple goes for a double leg but Punchinson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Punchinson continues to drive forward. Apple is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Punchinson to keep the fight standing.

Apple misses with a takedown attempt - Punchinson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Apple shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Apple dodges the punch combination from Punchinson.
Apple changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Punchinson tries to avoid it but Apple manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Punchinson to the ground. Punchinson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Ipad Apple. I've got Apple winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Deloitte won't allow Balisi to get back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Deloitte is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Six throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. A head kick misses from Six. Jones avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Six shoots in looking for a takedown but Jones manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Six's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Six looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jones is fending him off so far but Six persists. Nope, Jones circles away and we're back to standing. Six tries to clinch but Jones moves away and Jones counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Six thinking. Six throws a sloppy head kick and Jones moves out of range easily. Six gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jones cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Xavier Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Choel Six. Six shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jones as he jumps to the side. Nice jab there from Jones. Jones changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Jones uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Six has time to react.

Six bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Jones pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Jones plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Six swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Six face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Donald McTavish! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Satoru Matsue! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McTavish throws a lazy right hand but Matsue sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Matsue looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. McTavish misses with a looping right. Matsue on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Nice defenses there by McTavish. McTavish misses with a hook. Matsue ducked under it nicely. Matsue lands with a good body shot. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Matsue has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. McTavish throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Matsue scores with a nice strike. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. McTavish misses with a looping right. McTavish takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. McTavish looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. McTavish scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Matsue waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract McTavish. Matsue lands with a right hand. Matsue throws a jab when McTavish was well out of range. Matsue rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McTavish moves out of range and avoids them all easily. McTavish swings and misses with a hook to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round. Matsue lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Matsue slips a jab from McTavish. McTavish misses with a lunging right hand
and Matsue counters with a nice uppercut. McTavish fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Matsue manages to avoid it. McTavish just misses with a punch to the body.
McTavish misses with a hook. Matsue takes one on the chin but seems OK.
McTavish lands with an uppercut that bounces Matsue off the cage and back into range. McTavish loads up on a big right hand but Matsue slips the punch. Matsue bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Matsue displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as McTavish throws out the jab. McTavish rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Matsue counters with a nice body shot. Matsue swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! McTavish checks a leg kick nicely. Matsue blocks a jab. McTavish throws out a loose jab but Matsue uses good head movement to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Matsue blocks a jab. Matsue moves away from the strike by McTavish. An inside leg kick lands from Matsue. Matsue misses with a jab, cross combination.
Matsue misses with a straight left. Matsue scores with a jab. McTavish gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Nice defenses there by Matsue. A decent looking cross lands there for Matsue. Matsue misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from McTavish.
A shot to the liver by Matsue. Beautiful body shot. Matsue lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
McTavish is rocked! A big left from McTavish misses. Matsue displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as McTavish throws out the jab. Matsue lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Oh McTavish is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Matsue ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Matsue cracks McTavish with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends McTavish tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Matsue pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! McTavish is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
