I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!

Oh Monroe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pinphet is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Pinphet has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Monroe - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Pinphet, and another! Monroe is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!

Horrible takedown by Penn or perhaps it was just good defense by Thomas which made him look bad.
Penn moves out of range of the body kick.
Penn on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Thomas. Thomas obviously looking to wear him down.
Thomas feints and then cracks Penn's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Penn down.
Thomas tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Penn fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Thomas avoids it really well and circles away.
Thomas buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Okami is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Okami is looking to improve his position but Cartwright isn't that keen on the idea.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Okami is in a horrible position here. Cartwright smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

That has opened up Missa Okami's cut even more.

Cartwright has control of Okami's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Okami regains control of the situation pretty easily.
