 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stellings moves to clinch but Jazz breaks away
and Jazz decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Stellings's guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Jazz advances to half guard. Jazz works his way into full mount!
Jazz is working for a guillotine from mount but Stellings frees his head quite easily.
Jazz takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. This has been an exciting period of action! Stellings working to try and regain half guard.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rousey with a lazy takedown attempt
and Martinez decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rousey's guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Martinez in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Martinez gets to mount! Rousey was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Martinez is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Rousey has managed to free his arm - good work.
Martinez is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rousey defends it well. Martinez is looking to take a break and control but Rousey is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rousey avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Martinez.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thomas Jr on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Smith moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Smith moves out of range as Thomas Jr throws a body kick.
Thomas Jr takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Smith tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Smith tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Thomas Jr was well out of range. Poor timing from Smith. Smith thows a leg kick but Thomas Jr checks it and Thomas Jr counters with a good, hard body kick but Smith shrugs it off. Smith throws a sloppy head kick and Thomas Jr moves out of range easily. Smith throws a body punch but Thomas Jr moves out of range. Thomas Jr moves out of range of the leg kick from Smith. Smith throws a low kick, looking for Thomas Jr's leg but Thomas Jr calmly moves out of range. Some bone on bone action there as Smith checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Thomas Jr moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Smith throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Thomas Jr on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Smith. Smith obviously looking to wear him down.
Thomas Jr has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Smith. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Smith turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Thomas Jr takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Smith is looking to wear down Thomas Jr with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Smith lands a glancing blow to the side of Thomas Jr's head. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Smith throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Thomas Jr blocks the body kick.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Thomas Jr in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Smith looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Bruce Smith is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Smith keeps control of Thomas Jr as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barishkov defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hanlon. Barishkov bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Kreb Barishkov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Hanlon. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Barishkov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hanlon manages to avoid it. Hanlon shoots in for a takedown but Barishkov shows good takedown defense. Good leg kick by Barishkov there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Horrible takedown by Hanlon or perhaps it was just good defense by Barishkov which made him look bad. Hanlon misses with a takedown and Barishkov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Hanlon looks winded! Hanlon fails with the takedown and Barishkov counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Barishkov throws a front kick aimed at Hanlon's knee but Hanlon avoids it well. Barishkov throws out a powerful jab.
 That has opened up Mark Hanlon's cut even more. Barishkov lands a nice hook to Hanlon's body. Hanlon takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Kreb Barishkov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
