Samuel shoots in looking for a takedown. Rua tries to sprawl out of it but Samuel keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rua manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Rua throws a right and a left that Samuel avoids nicely.
Samuel has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Watson was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
