Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Johnny Bravo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Hoop! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bravo tries to clinch letting Hoop counter with a right hand. Bravo wants to clinch and Hoop counters with a good low kick that Bravo was not able to check. Bravo darts in trying to clinch and Hoop counters with a nice uppercut. Bravo walks into a left hand. Bravo closes the distance looking to clinch and Hoop counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Bravo thinking. Johnny Bravo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bravo wants to clinch but Hoop slips to the side
and Hoop counters with a lead uppercut that lands right on the button! Bravo goes down! Will Bravo beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's up! No problem. Let's get back to the action!
 Bravo is rocked! Bravo wants to clinch but Hoop slips to the side
and Hoop counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Hoop.
Hoop creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Bravo crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5, yes, he's made it back to his feet. He seems OK so it looks like we're going to continue! Oh Bravo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Bravo closes the distance but Hoop moves to the side
and Hoop counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Hoop. Bravo throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Hoop blocks it with crossed arms. Bravo seems to have got his legs back now. A nice left hand lands by Hoop.
Bravo tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Hoop works on Bravo's body with a couple of short punches. Hoop softening up his opponent with strikes, against the ropes.
Hoop drops Bravo with a big knee! Will Bravo beat the count? Yep, he's up already and we're only at 3... let's see if he's just faking it or if he's actually OK.
 It looks like Johnny Bravo has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Bravo leaves his chin hanging out and Hoop seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Bravo crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Hoop! After winning the bout, John Hoop thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Ripley comes to the ring accompanied by The Talented Mr. Ripley - Tu Vuo' Fa l'Americano . David has chosen Craig David - Rise and Fall as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some wild striking there from Ripley.
David dodges the punch combination from Ripley.
David throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ripley counters with a lovely straight right hand! Ripley is on the wrong end of a nice combination from David.
 It looks like Mr Ripley has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ripley gets in close and instigates a clinch. David taking a breather.
Ripley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
David throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ripley. Ripley throws a hook but David blocks it. Ripley lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as David backs up against the ropes.
Ripley throws a leg kick that is checked and David counters with a one-two to the body. Ripley looks for the body kick but David saw that one coming.
Ripley rushes David and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Ripley manages to break the clinch.
Ripley misses with the combination.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Ripley throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ripley takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Ripley falls off balance throwing a combination
and David counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Ripley's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Ripley throws a left and a right that both miss
and David moves into the clinch.
Ripley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. A punch combination from Ripley misses. Ripley throws a right hand that David ducks under and follows up with a left that David also avoids with ease. Ripley throws a jab but it's blocked by David. Ripley is looking to slow David down with leg kicks. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ripley moves into the clinch successfully.
David keeps control of Ripley as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Ripley misses with a hook from the clinch.
Ripley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Ripley swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and David counters into the clinch. Nicely done. David lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
 That's two minutes gone in the round.
David pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ripley is looking to land body kicks. David fails with an attempt to clinch.
David looks to land a combination but Ripley avoids it well. Ripley takes one to the chin there. Mr Ripley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ripley fails in his attempt to clinch. David tries to clinch but Ripley is having none of it. Ripley scores with a nice body kick.
Ripley darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
 That has opened up Craig David's cut even more.
Ripley has David up against the ropes in a clinch.
Ripley keeps control of David as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. A frustrated look appears on David's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Ripley tries to clinch up but David circles away and keeps his distance. Ripley misses with a double jab
and David counters by moving into the clinch.
Ripley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ripley scores with a hook to the body. David takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. David's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Ripley connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! David scrambles back to his feet.
 Craig David's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Craig David's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Mr Ripley! An out of breath and clearly excited Mr Ripley thanked Das Labor for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
