Excellent takedown into side control there by Velasquez.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

I really don't envy Velasquez right now.
Viei doesn't have the hooks in and Velasquez manages to turn into his guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Viei will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kane Velasquez will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Horrible takedown by Viei or perhaps it was just good defense by Velasquez which made him look bad.
Viei dives in for a single leg takedown but Velasquez sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Velasquez has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Viei avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rodolfo Viei comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Velasquez has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Cornwall is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Adamek dips a shoulder and cracks Cornwall with a mighty uppercut! Cornwall falls back against the cage and Adamek unloads with a barrage of strikes! Cornwall is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Adamek screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Miller walks into a stiff left hand from Ross.

Miller manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Ross on his heels. He'll look to pass Ross's guard now, I'm sure.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Miller is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Ross wants to stand and escape but Miller is having none of it.

Miller drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Miller jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Miller slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Ross is not content to let Miller control the position.
Ross is trying to buck Miller off.

Miller has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Ross is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Miller yanks on the arm and Ross is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Miller.
