Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!


Le throws a lazy head kick
and Marshall counters with a stiff right hand.
Le lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Marshall throws a right and a left that Le avoids nicely.
Marshall misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Le.
Marshall missing with a left hand there. Le was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Marshall avoids the head kick by Le.
Marshall blocks a head kick by Le.
Le walks into a stiff left hand from Marshall.
Marshall pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Marshall fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Le manages to avoid it.
Marshall lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Marshall misses with a double jab.
Jab, jab by Marshall - just one landing.
Marshall tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Le was well out of range. Poor timing from Marshall.
Marshall has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Le finds it's way round the side to connect with Marshall's head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Le does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Marshall moves out of range as Le throws a body kick.
Marshall misses with a kick to the body.
Le throws a lazy right hand but Marshall sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Le throws a head kick but Marshall moves out of range.
Le throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Marshall misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Le.
Marshall tests Le's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Le cracks Marshall with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Marshall looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Le fails in his attempt to clinch.

Marshall fails to land with a series of punches.
Marshall rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Le moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Marshall takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Le with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Marshall to score with a decent uppercut.

and Le counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Marshall struggles to land a body shot inside as Le controls his hands.
Le blocks an uppercut.
Marshall blocks an elbow strike.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Le creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Le tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Marshall's elbow.
Le is pushing Marshall up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Marshall pushes Le back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Marshall lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Le's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Le swings for the body but Marshall moves out of range.
Le throws a head kick but Marshall moves out of range.
Le throws a sloppy head kick and Marshall moves out of range easily.
Le throws a sloppy head kick and Marshall moves out of range easily.
A low kick from Marshall is predictable there
and Le connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Marshall lands a glancing blow to the side of Le's head.
Marshall slips a straight right by Le.
Le dodges the punch combination from Marshall.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Marshall on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Marshall throws a hook but Le blocks it.
Le lands with a cross.
Marshall is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Le lands with a nice combination. Marshall backs away looking to recover.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Le blocks a jab.
Marshall keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Le thows a body shot but no joy.
Le works over Marshall's head and body with a nice combination.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Le gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Le misses with a jab to the body
and Marshall cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Marshall misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Marshall tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Le paws at him with a jab and circles away.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Phan Tran Le.
I think Le has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Phan Tran Le rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
