Slick tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Downtime has been working on his boxing with his coaches at SS Elite 15 ELITE Coaches **CLEAN** in the buildup to the fight.
Oil Slick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Downtime throws a right and a left that both miss.
Slick misses with a low kick.

The cut above Oil Slick's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Downtime wants to get back to his feet but Slick is holding on tight.

Downtime is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Slick can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Downtime is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Slick has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Slick!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Star's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Octopus's garden. Star has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Green has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Star after a bit of a struggle.
Bingo Star has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lester Green.
