0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Clint Eastwood! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andrae Alston! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alston shoots in for a takedown but Eastwood shows good takedown defense. Eastwood connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
It looks like Andrae Alston has been cut. Alston fails to land the takedown. Alston changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Eastwood tries to avoid it but Alston manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Eastwood to the ground. Eastwood escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Clint Eastwood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andrae Alston. Alston wants to clinch up but Eastwood keeps it at a distance. Eastwood lands with a shot to the body. Alston shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Eastwood counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Alston thinking. Alston looks winded! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Alston tries to score a power double leg takedown but Eastwood sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Alston somewhat. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Eastwood, as that shot connected.
Alston fails with an attempt to clinch.
Alston fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Eastwood manages to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oooooh!!! Eastwood has knocked Alston down with a huge combo! Eastwood steps away and waves a wobbly Alston back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Alston is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Eastwood lands a brutal uppercut that launches Alston off his feet! Alston tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sesay takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Sesay tries to close the distance and clinch but Solomon swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Solomon tries to clinch up but Sesay circles away and keeps his distance. Sesay blocks a head kick by Solomon.
Solomon checks a low kick from Sesay. Solomon throws a head kick that misses. Sesay shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Solomon as he avoids it easily. Solomon throws a combination. Sesay tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Sesay dodges the punch combination from Solomon.
Solomon shoots in looking for a takedown but Sesay manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Solomon's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Sesay stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Sesay wants it to stay on the feet. Solomon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sesay dives in and grabs Solomon's left leg, looking for a takedown. Solomon pushes down on Sesay's head and hops out. Solomon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Sesay tries to close the distance and clinch but Solomon swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Solomon leaves Sesay with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Sesay drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. That's three minutes gone in the round. Solomon connects with a high kick. Afoa Sesay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Solomon drives through and clinches with Sesay against the cage.
Sesay blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Solomon tries to land a knee to the head but Sesay blocks with his arms.
Solomon is defending well against a takedown attempt. Solomon comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Solomon tries a knee to the head but Sesay blocks it.

Solomon takes the fight into the clinch. Sesay is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Solomon can't fight it off and eventually Sesay manages to take the fight to the floor. Solomon looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Solomon looking for a sweep. Not yet Solomon, not yet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Solomon keeping moving, preventing Sesay from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sesay slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Solomon postures up in Sesay's guard and throws a big left but Sesay blocks it. Solomon has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sesay is proving hard to escape from. Sesay preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Sesay tries to move to mount but Solomon blocks the move with his legs. Sesay working away. Sesay tries to score with some ground and pound. Solomon controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Afoa Sesay has got the better of the ground game so far. Sesay is looking to take a break and control but Solomon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! You can see the frustration on Solomon's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Solomon tries to improve position but can't. Sesay stands up and we're back to a striking position. Sesay shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Solomon as he jumps to the side. Solomon moves into the clinch. Solomon scores with a knee to the head.
Solomon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Sesay takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Solomon clinches. Sesay is looking to break free of the clinch but Solomon has double underhooks. Solomon breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sesay looks for a takedown but Solomon sprawls well. Sesay scores with a one two! Solomon had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Good standup being displayed there by Solomon as he connects with a hook. Solomon throws a head kick that misses. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Solomon tries a head kick but it misses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Solomon takes the fight into the clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bartosz Solomon. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Solomon, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Santos has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Seasy tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Santos pushes Seasy away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Smith keeps the fight on the outside. Silva tries to land a front kick but Smith steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Silva is looking to land body kicks. Silva feints and then cracks Smith's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Smith down. Silva pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Smith on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Silva tests Smith's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Kenny Smith has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Silva wants to clinch up but Smith keeps it at a distance. Silva throws a push kick but Smith slaps the foot to one side. Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up but Smith swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Smith swats away the attempt to clinch by Silva. Smith circles away from the clinch attempt and Smith counters with a nice double leg into side control. Silva won't be happy with that. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drakkar slaps away a takedown attempt from Tu, before circling back to the center of the mat. Tu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Drakkar moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Drakkar is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Tu. The fighters circling - Drakkar throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Tu slips a jab from Drakkar. Tu shoots in for a double leg but Drakkar sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Drakkar throws a good cross that connects.
Tu avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Tu looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Drakkar! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Drakkar is trying to get back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tu working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Tu working the ground and pound. Tu advances to full mount. Drakkar is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Drakkar is wriggling around trying to escape.
Tu lands a couple of good shots and Drakkar has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
That's one minute gone in the round. Tu throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch. Drakkar covering up well under a barage of strikes. Drakkar is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Tu off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Tu lands strikes to the head. Drakkar has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Tu. Tu is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Tu gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Tu gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Tu apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Ivan Drakkar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Drakkar tries to clinch but Tu moves out of range. Tu keeps the fight on the outside. Sloppy strikes from Tu. Those never looked like landing. Drakkar throws a right hand that Tu ducks under and follows up with a left that Tu also avoids with ease. Tu cracks Drakkar with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Drakkar looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Tu finish him?
Drakkar is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Drakkar drops his hands momentarily. Tu doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Drakkar staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Drakkar doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
